Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 1 lot, which consists of 73 shares. The minimum required investment to participate in this IPO is Rs 14,819, while the maximum is Rs 1,92,647. Per the company's prospectus, proceeds from the IPO will be used to repay borrowings, meet working capital requirements, and for other general corporate purposes. Mr. Pradeep Gupta, Co-founder &amp; Vice-chairman, Anand Rathi Group notes that this rate cut comes with some short-term benefits for the country, which means stronger rupee and potential capital inflows. "A stronger rupee would make imports cheaper, potentially improving India’s trade balance. However, these advantages may be temporary if the US economy continues to weaken. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) may follow the Fed’s lead but not immediately. Improved global sentiment could drive a rally in <keyword id="19991358" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="Indian-markets" source="keywords">Indian markets</keyword>, as emerging economies like India become more attractive to investors", notes Gupta. But note that in the longer term, the direction of the Indian stock market will depend largely on global economic conditions, and particularly the health of the US economy. If the US achieves a “soft landing”, as is targeted by Fed, and avoids a recession, Indian equities may experience gradual growth. However, if the global outlook deteriorates, Indian markets—especially mid and small-cap segments, could come face to face with increased volatility and market downturns. <h2>What should your investment strategy be?</h2>SEBI registered Investment Advisor Gaurav Goel advises having a thorough look at your portfolio whenever the equity markets hit a fresh high. Look, it is practically impossible to time the markets. But, as a smart investor, markets hitting a fresh high is a good time to rebalance your portfolio, so that you can cushion your funds from any significant downturn that will invariably stem from any market downturns thereafter "When equities hit all time highs, there is a natural tendency of equity component of your asset allocation to breach the prescribed asset allocation. In such a situation, on should reassess the asset allocation and shave off excess percentages from the equity allocation to revert to the mean". Goel also suggests hedging a portion of your portfolio by buying naked long dated put options on benchmark index like Nifty 50. This way, you'd be able to benefit from a decrease in the prices of underlying assets, without having to own it. But most importantly, "At these crests, its important to shuffle your portfolio. Remove the crap, low-value stocks that might have made their in your portfolio during bullish phase, and replace with high quality stocks. Shift your assets more toward the large cap stocks/index funds where the volatility would be less or towards sector/market caps, which are less expensive on valuations", Goel continued. As for traders looking to make the most of the ongoing upward trajectory of the market, Osho Krishan, Senior Analyst, Technical &amp; Derivatives, Angel One, advises "capitalizing on the upward momentum by taking profits, rather than adopting an aggressive stance in the overbought territory". "From a technical perspective, we have entered a phase where the market is overbought, as indicated by various metrics. Therefore, it is crucial to avoid complacency and instead adopt a practical and realistic approach to the current situation", he continued. Anirudh Garg- Founder and Fund Manager at Invasset PMS explains that "When markets hit an all-time high, investors need to reassess their strategies to navigate potential risks while still capitalizing on opportunities. However, it’s essential to understand that not every market high signals overvaluation. There’s a key difference between markets reaching record levels and being fundamentally expensive. Identifying this distinction helps avoid premature decisions based solely on market peaks". "In particular, when mid-cap and small-cap stocks exhibit stretched valuations, investors should shift their focus to high-quality companies. These are firms with robust balance sheets, consistent earnings growth, and strong competitive advantages, often found in sectors linked to steady inflation", says Garg. Naturally, quality stocks tend to be more resilient in volatile environments, offering stability and better protection against downside risk. 'The Night Manager' nominated in drama series category at International Emmys, Anil Kapoor 'ecstatic'

Markets regulator <keyword id="35210" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sebi" source="Orion">SEBI</keyword> on Tuesday said it has recovered pending dues worth Rs 6.57 crore from Sahara India Real Estate Corporation, its chief <keyword id="31933" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="subrata-roy" source="Orion">Subrata Roy</keyword>, and others in the case pertaining to flouting norms in issuance of optionally fully convertible debentures. "In view of the payment of the amount of Rs 6.57 crore due under the certificate, the said certificate is hereby completed," the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) said in its recovery order. The amount included interest and other charges. The regulator in December ordered the attachment of bank and demat accounts of Sahara India Real Estate Corporation (now known as Sahara Commodity Services Corporation), Subrata Roy, <keyword id="1595961" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="ashok-roy-choudhary" source="Orion">Ashok Roy Choudhary</keyword>, Ravi Shanker Dubey and <keyword id="15891249" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="vandana-bharrgava" source="Orion">Vandana Bharrgava</keyword> to recover Rs 6.42 crore for violating regulatory norms in the issuance of OFCDs (Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures). This amount included interest, all costs, charges and expenses. The recovery proceedings were initiated against these entities after they failed to pay Rs 6 crore fine imposed on them by SEBI in June 2022. The case relates to the issuance of OFCDs by Sahara India Real Estate Corporation and Sahara Housing Investment Corporation during 2008-09. The companies raised money through the public issue of securities by issuing OFCDs without following the various procedures intended to protect the interest of the investors, in respect of public issues, prescribed under the norms. According to SEBI, the subscription towards the OFCDs was solicited by the two companies from the general public throughout the country, without adequately informing them about the risks involved in the instruments. The issuance was allegedly done in contravention of the provisions of the SEBI's ICDR (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and PFUTP (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices). And analysts say it could be just what Dropbox needs to execute on its promise to refocus on selling its services to larger businesses. Jackson <a href="https://twitter.com/tjack/status/983380917103165440">announced via Twitter</a> on Monday a new role at First Round Capital as its first-ever founder in residence. His job will be to advise startup founders in the First Round portfolio, and to launch a Los Angeles edition of the firm's Product Program - a masterclass for early-career product managers. "We're grateful for all the contributions Todd made to Dropbox over the past 2.5 years. While we'll miss him greatly, we wish him all the best in his new role at First Round," a Dropbox spokesperson tells Business Insider. Jackson could not be reached for comment.Dropbox hasn't named a replacement for Jackson yet, but for the time being, the company has confirmed that its product organization will be managed by Quentin Clark, Dropbox's senior VP of engineering, product and design. Clark, who was Jackson's boss, joined Dropbox in September, after two years at SAP and two decades at Microsoft - which is to say he's extremely familiar with business-to-business technology products. "From the looks of things, one would say this news was a hard-to-turn-down opportunity for Todd, but also a leadership adjustment to put Dropbox on a more solid money-making path. That might be welcomed news for investors," Gartner research director Karen Hobert said. Before joining Dropbox in 2015, Jackson spent his career doing product management across some of the biggest companies in tech: Google, Facebook and Twitter. "If the current product and roadmap are acceptable, they will buy. If that changes in six months or a year, they will not. That's when customers will begin voting on the change. "<h2>First Round was an early investor in Jackson's startup </h2>What may have been a liability at Dropbox is an asset in the eyes of First Round. Aside from the aforementioned points, it has a laundry list of redeeming qualities ranging from its anime-influenced animation style to its lush, percussive score to its unflagging goofy sense of humor. Ultimately, though, the series' compelling characters and overwhelming sense of empathy is what makes it truly great.
