<keyword id="6354185" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="100" keywordseo="IT">IT</keyword> industry would produce maximum number of <keyword id="11018" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Jobs">jobs</keyword> in the second half of 2015, the <keyword id="3021389" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="NaukriHiring">NaukriHiring</keyword> Outlook Survey August 2015 has revealed. According to the survey 41 per cent of recruiters and consultants see maximum hiring potential in this industry. 

	66 per cent of recruiters expect new jobs to be created in the second half of 2015, a slight dip compared to the 69 per cent in the first half of 2015.
 

	The half yearly survey which gauges the hiring sentiment across sectors and industries, was conducted amongst more than 1900 recruiters and consultants. 
 

	A similar trend was seen in the BFSI sector as well, where the percentage slipped from 28 per cent in the previous period to 19 per cent in the current period. The percentage of participants expecting new jobs to be created in the manufacturing sector remained constant at 26 per cent. The top five sectors from a perspective of job creation are IT, followed by manufacturing, retail, ITeS and BFSI. 
 

	"The growth in hiring activity is led by the BFSI and IT industries and is most likely to continue in favour of jobseekers. The increase in opportunities has led to higher increments in certain industry segments. The crunch for mid and senior level talent, however, continues," Sumeet Singh, EVP - Marketing and Corporate Communications, Info Edge (India) told PTI.
