The SGX Nifty was trading 0.62% higher at 7:45 am, indicating a green start for Nifty50. The US stock markets also soared on Monday, as encouraging economic data and election bets lifted indexes. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 423 points higher, and the S&amp;P 500 gained 1.23%. These are the stocks to watch out for during the trading session on November 3: Tata Motors Auto giant Tata Motors reported a 27% jump in its total domestic sales to 49,669 units in October. The shares of Sterlite Tech ended 2% lower on Tuesday. Adani Enterprises The Airports Authority of India (AAI) handed over the Lucknow airport to the Adani group on lease for a period of 50 years. <div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right"><div><div class="image on-image">AP Photo/Bebeto MatthewsPictured: Fitness bands.</div></div></div>Some of the biggest fitness trackers around could be in for a major headache in Europe.Fitbit, Jawbone, Garmin, and Mio have all been accused of violating European privacy and consumer laws over how they handle users' data.<a href="http://www.forbrukerradet.no/siste-nytt/fitness-wristbands-violate-european-law">They're being accused by the Norweigian Consumer Council</a>, which is reporting them to Norwegian Data Protection Authoritiy and the Consumer Ombudsman.The council has four key concerns about the companies, their terms and conditons, and how they treat users' data.<a href="http://www.forbrukerradet.no/siste-nytt/fitness-wristbands-violate-european-law">These are</a>:<ul><li>"None of the companies will give users proper notice about changes in their terms.</li><li>"All of the wristbands collect more data than what is necessary to provide the service.</li><li>"None of the companies fully explain who they may share user data with.</li><li>"None of the companies state how long they will retain user data."</li></ul>The report warns that users of fitness trackers risk "giving up personal information about our health, activities, and location under asymmetrical and obscure terms," and that the Council "fear[s] that this information can be exploited for direct marketing and price-discrimination purposes."Reached for comment, a Jawbone spokesperson said the company is "currently reviewing the report from the NCC." Fitbit, meanwhile, said it "share[s] the Norwegian Consumer Council's commitment to protecting consumer privacy, and we look forward to working with them and regulators to continue to ensure strong privacy practices are in place."Mio and Garmin did not immediately respond to requests for comment.Data law can be a recurrent issue for tech companies operating in Europe. Regulators on the Continent can take a stricter approach to privacy issues in the US. And last year Europe's top court struck down Safe Harbor, a mechanism for legalising the transfer of user data between the US and the EU, causing chaos for the thousands of companies that relied on it.<h3>Here's the full comment from Jawbone:</h3>"We are currently reviewing the report from the NCC."We want to reassure our users and let them know that we only share their data if they ask us to - for example to integrate with a 3rd party app. We are custodians of the user's data. Multiple fitness trackers are being accused of violating European law

<div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image"></div></div></div>Shares of U.S. poultry producers are down today after Russia <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/putin-bans-food-imports-from-countries-sanctioning-russia-2014-8">announced</a> sanctions targeting Western meat products including chicken from the U.S.
Arkansas-based Tyson Foods is down 2.3% and Colorado-based Pilgrim's Pride is down 3.0%.
Russia imported $303 million worth of American chicken last year, <a href="http://www.nationalchickencouncil.org/us-chicken-industry-statement-russian-ban-us-chicken-imports/">according to the National Chicken Council</a>. It's the second-largest destination for U.S. poultry. 
The NCC said any impact on U.S. industry would be minimal. 
"As its domestic poultry industry has expanded, Russia has in recent years become less important as an export market," they said. "Russia currently accounts for only about 7% of total U.S. poultry export volume. In the mid-1990s, exports to Russia were as much as 40 percent of that total." 
Instead, they said, ordinary Russians are likely to suffer the most. 
"The biggest impact, we believe, will be on Russian citizens who will be burdened by higher prices for all food products, especially meat and poultry," the NCC said in its statement. "The price of poultry in Russia is already rising and has recently been increasing at a rate of 2% percent to 3% per week."
