This is on top of the $243.6 million Boeing had already paid as part of the 2021 settlement it breached.Besides the fine, Boeing will be required to "invest at least $455 million in its compliance and safety programs." India’s MEA hits back at Chinese Embassy — ‘There’s free media in India,’ says spokesperson

News agency reports citing sources identified the missing pilot as Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman. The use of air force <a href="https://indianexpress.com/article/explained/iaf-air-strike-mirage-awacs-sukhoi-popeye-jaish-training-camp-balakot-5602272/">was</a> the first since India fought Pakistan in 1971. International flights between India and Pakistan were suspended and at least four airports have been shut in North India amid heightened tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbours. Airports in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Amritsar and Chandigarh have reportedly been closed for civilian operations following reports that two planes of the Pakistani air force had entered the Indian air space in Nowshera, Kashmir on Wednesday morning. Both US and China have asked the two countries to act with restraint. He faces anywhere from zero to four years behind bars if convicted, though legal experts have said <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-going-jail-time-ny-indictment-slim-odds-2023-3">jail time is unlikely</a>.<h2>Bad polls, bad press</h2>Manhattan is not Trump country, the defense delay motion notes.Prejudicial media coverage has left Manhattanites "overwhelmingly" biased against Trump, his lawyers complain, citing polling from their outside public research firm, <a target="_blank" href="https://mooreinformationgroup.com/">Moore Information Group</a>.Founded by a former executive director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, <a target="_blank" href="https://ballotpedia.org/Bob_Moore">Bob Moore</a>, the company has polled for numerous GOP candidates, including for Jeb Bush's 2016 presidential campaign, according to its website.Pollsters surveyed a sample of 400 Manhattan residents, the delay motion says.Some 70% of those polled had a "very negative" opinion of Trump, the defense says the polling found.
