The 30-share BSE index was trading 355.23 points or 0.76% higher at 46,799.41, and the broader NSE Nifty surged 109.25 points or 0.80% to 13,710.35. <ul><li>Goldman Sachs maintained ‘Sell’ rating on <keyword id="95677" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Jubilant-FoodWorks">Jubilant Foodworks</keyword>, which sells Domino’s pizza in India. </li><li>Aggressive growth plan of food delivery aggregators like <keyword id="6358977" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="swiggy">Swiggy</keyword> and <keyword id="830092" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Zomato">Zomato</keyword> as a risk for Domino’s sales, according to analysts.</li><li>Swiggy is now delivering in over 200 Indian cities, while Zomato is in more than 300 cities. </li></ul>Indian foodtech giants Swiggy and Zomato both house Domino’s in their list of restaurants to order from, but it seems the aggressive growth plans of the two delivery firms will leave Domino’s hungry for revenue. The share price of Jubilant Foodworks, which sells Domino’s and Dunkin Donuts in India, has plunged over 12% in the last three months. Goldman Sachs maintained ‘Sell’ with a price of ₹1,129 for shares of Domino’s parent company Jubilant FoodWorks. It said, “Dominos will find it challenging to deliver double digit same-store sales growth in FY20/21,” citing risk from aggressive expansion of Swiggy and Zomato in smaller Indian cities. Domino’s has over 1,227 restaurants in over 270 cities. Jubilant Foodworks had reported an operational revenue of ₹35.3 billion in FY19 as compared to ₹29.8 billion in FY18. Meanwhile, ICICI Securities in its report has pointed out that the “aggressive discounting by food aggregators over the past few months continues to impact the dine-in industry and Jubilant Foodworks’ dine-ingrowth in the top-10 cities”. Swiggy is present in over 200 cities while Zomato has gone beyond 300 cities in India. Their deep dive approach into tier-2 and tier-3 cities could result in Indians preferring to order in instead of going to restaurants to eat, something that has helped Domino’s same store sales so far. In the US too, Domino’s saw a similar turn of events, with food delivery aggregators like DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub with their deep discounts and variety of options, impacted the sales of Domino’s. Swiggy and Zomato are eating into Domino's slice of profit

New Delhi, <keyword id="10502779" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="the-all-india-rubber-industries-association">The All India Rubber Industries Association</keyword> (AIRIA) has called for rationalisation of <keyword id="4776373" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Tax-Structure">tax structure</keyword> and said that the inverted duty structure impacts the local industry. It also said that the government should consider providing adequate support and handholding to the producers and should device '<keyword id="1465575" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Phased-Manufacturing-Programme">Phased Manufacturing Programme</keyword>' for enhancing the localisation in the <keyword id="159613" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="rubber-sector">rubber sector</keyword> of India. The industry body noted that import of raw materials such as <keyword id="388853" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Natural-Rubber">natural rubber</keyword> and latex attract import duties of as high as 70 per cent, while that on finished goods is much lower, which impacts the local rubber goods producing industry, and stands as an obstacle towards the vision of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat'. "Some of the products which used to come from China are being routed through Thailand and Vietnam at either zero per cent duty or 5 per cent duty. India should correct the customs duty for the sector. The Indian rubber industry uses more than 70 raw materials and some of them also attract anti-dumping duty as well," AIRIA said. As per the rubber industry body, the ideal duty structure for growth in the country should be the highest for finished goods, medium for intermediate goods and the lowest for raw materials. At present, the structure stands inverted, it said. AIRIA further said that the sector has to resort to import of natural rubber as the quality produced in the country is not "up to the mark" and the tyre manufacturers buy the bulk of domestically-produced high-quality supplies, leaving no choice for the MSMEs and the other rubber goods producers than to go for imports for good quality raw materials from foreign players. V.T. Chandhrasekharan, President of AIRIA said that in line with the Centre's vision to make a self-reliant India, the nation has tremendous potential to grow and could become a hub for sourcing <keyword id="7885733" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="rubber-components">rubber components</keyword> and products if the inverted duty structure in the rubber sector is corrected. AIRIA noted that there are many goods which use rubber as a component and the producers of these components are bound to import the products due to irrational duty structure.
