"The mandate (of the Assembly polls) was in favor of abrogation of Article 370 because we (BJP) got 26 percent votes against NC's 23 percent," Sham Lal Sharma argued, framing the election results as support for the Centre’s 2019 decision to revoke Article 370. Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary defended the resolution, emphasizing the need to restore special status. In presenting the resolution, Choudhary declared, "This Assembly reaffirms the importance of the special status and constitutional guarantees, which safeguarded the identity, culture, and rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, and expresses concern over their unilateral removal." The resolution also called for the Government of India to initiate a dialogue with the elected representatives of Jammu and Kashmir for the restoration of special status and constitutional guarantees and to devise constitutional mechanisms to achieve these ends. "This Assembly emphasises that any process for restoration must safeguard both national unity and the legitimate aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir," the document added. As the fallout continues, the resolution has stirred deep-seated <keyword id="21391765" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="political-tensions" source="keywords">political tensions</keyword>, exposing rifts within the Assembly and drawing the spotlight back on the long-running debate over Article 370. The Prime Minister reached Ayodhya earlier in the day to take part in the auspicious ceremony. RSS Chief <keyword id="42702" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mohan-Bhagwat" source="Orion">Mohan Bhagwat</keyword>, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and state Chief Minister <keyword id="19898780" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="yogi-adityanath" source="keywords">Yogi Adityanath</keyword> are also attending the ceremony being held at the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Over 8,000 guests have been invited for the ceremony at the grand temple. Representatives of all major spiritual and religious sects of the country are attending the historic Pran Pratishtha ceremony. People from all walks of life including representatives of various tribal communities are also attending the ceremony. Prime Minister will address this distinguished gathering on the occasion. Prime Minister will interact with shramjeevis associated with the construction of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir. He will also visit the Kuber Tila, where the ancient Mandir of Bhagwan Shiv has been restored. The magnificent Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir is constructed in traditional Nagara style. Its length (east-west) is 380 feet; width 250 feet and height is 161 feet; and is supported by a total of 392 pillars and 44 doors. The pillars and walls of the temple showcase intricately sculpted depictions of Hindu deities, gods, and goddesses. In the main sanctum sanctorum at ground floor, the childhood form of Bhagwan Shri Ram (the idol of Shri Ramlalla) has been placed. The main entrance to the Mandir is situated on the eastern side, which can be approached by ascending 32 stairs through the Singh Dwar. There are a total of five Mandaps (Halls) in the Mandir - Nritya Mandap, Rang Mandap, Sabha Mandap, Prathana Mandap and Kirtan Mandap. Near the Mandir is a historic Well (Sita koop), dating back to the ancient era. In the southwestern part of the Mandir complex, at Kuber Tila, the ancient Mandir of Bhagwan Shiv has been restored, along with the installation of a statue of Jatayu. The foundation of the Mandir has been constructed with a 14-meter- thick layer of roller-compacted concrete (RCC), giving it the appearance of artificial rock. No iron is used anywhere in the Mandir. For protection against ground moisture, a 21-foot-high plinth has been constructed using granite. The Mandir complex has a sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, water supply for fire safety and an independent power station. The Mandir has been constructed employing the country's traditional and indigenous technology.

In fact, a Hindu seers body, Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti, has sought the formation of a Sanatan Censor Board alleging improper depiction of Hindu Gods and Goddesses in Bollywood movies. Also, recently, a plea seeking a stay order on the film release has been moved in a Delhi court. <ul><li><keyword id="7624133" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="TikTok-influencers">TikTok influencers</keyword> have been charged with promoting enmity between religious groups after releasing a video seeking to 'avenge' the mob lynching of Tabrez Ansari. </li><li>The viral video said, "You may have killed that innocent Tabrez Ansari, but tomorrow if his son takes revenge, do not say all Muslims are terrorists." </li><li>TikTok deactivated three user accounts and <keyword id="3186290" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Zee-Music-Company">Zee Music Company</keyword> is denying any association with individuals. </li></ul> India police <a href="https://www.thequint.com/news/india/tabrez-lynching-case-against-tiktok-influencers-for-allegedly-inciting-hate">registered a case</a> against three TikTok influencers — Hasnain Khan, Faisal Shaikh and Sadhan Faroqui — for trying to incite communal violence using the short video sharing platform. The complaint was <a href="https://www.thequint.com/news/hot-news/tiktok-removes-users-who-posted-video-on-jharkhand-lynching">filed by</a> Ramesh Solanki, a Shiv Sena activist, against the TikTok group 'Team 07' which has nearly 40 million followers. Their TikTok accounts have been suspended and the police are looking into who else was responsible for the viral video which said, "You may have killed that innocent Tabrez Ansari, but tomorrow if his son takes revenge, do not say all Muslims are terrorists." The video was looking to 'avenge' the <a href="https://scroll.in/latest/929882/jharkhand-lynching-case-high-court-asks-state-to-submit-report-on-tabrez-ansaris-death">mob lynching</a> of Tabrez Ansari, who was tied to a pole for attempting to steal a motorcycle in Jharkhand. He was beaten for 12 hours while being forced to chant 'Jai Sri Ram' (Hail Lord Ram). Ansari died in police custody within five days of the incident. Brands disassociate themselves While the accounts of these three users reportedly described the users as artists with the Zee Music Company, the media major is denying any association. TikTok issued a statement saying, "Such irresponsible acts will not be tolerated on our platform. Hence, we have suspended the three user accounts and cooperating with law enforcement agencies." The police are still looking into other stakeholders of the video like the person shooting it and others who were featured. The participants of the video are being charged under Section 153-A and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion and collaborating to further a common intention, respectively.
