With this, the total orders awarded to Inox Wind from NTPC to date stands at 550 MW, the company said in a statement. Inox Wind has bagged the order for a 150 MW wind power project from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited. The project will be executed in the state of Gujarat, it added. Inox Wind CEO Kailash Tarachandani said as part of the order, his company will supply and install existing and new technology state-of-the-art wind turbine generators at the project site. The company said its board would meet on September 4 to consider the proposal. The shares of ITC ended nearly a percent higher on Friday. Indiabulls Ventures Indiabulls Ventures on Friday told stock-exchanges that it would raise nearly ₹588 crore via share sale to a clutch of investors. In the filing, the company said it would issue 33.6 million shares, representing about 5.5% shareholding, to six investors. The shares of Indiabulls Ventures ended nearly 8% higher on Friday. RBL Bank RBL Bank in a BSE filing told investors that the Bank MD and CEO Vishwavir Ahuja sold nearly 18,92,900 shares on August 27-28 for ₹38.52 crore. The Bank said Ahuja sold his shares to service personal debt obligation and to meet some family commitments. The shares of RBL Bank ended nearly 5% higher on Friday. Inox Wind Inox Wind on Friday reported a net loss of ₹73 crore for the quarter ended June 30. The company’s revenue from operations fell to ₹97 crore from ₹260 crore in the same quarter last year. The board of Inox Wind approved raising ₹200 crore via issue of securities. The shares of Inox Wind ended nearly 4% lower on Friday. New Delhi, May 22 () Wind turbine maker Inox Wind on Friday said its arm Inox Wind Infrastructure Services has sold its entire 51 per cent stake in Sri Pavan Energy for Rs 5.1 lakh. "Our wholly owned subsidiary, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd (IWISL) has sold its entire 51 per cent shareholding held in Sri Pavan Energy Private Ltd (SPEPL) on 22nd May, 2020," it said in a regulatory filing. SPEPL has now ceased to be a subsidiary of IWISL and in turn, step down subsidiary of Inox Wind, it said. IWISL sold its entire 51 per cent shareholding, comprising 51,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each held in SPEPL, at face value for cash to Sri KPR Infra &amp; Projects Ltd, it added. SPEPL was incorporated on April 9, 2018. Its has a paid up capital of Rs 10 lakh. As on the last audited balance sheet on March 31, 2019, SPEPL had not commenced its commercial operations, it added. Inox Wind arm sells 51 pc stake in Sri Pavan Energy

New Delhi, Feb 7 () Wind energy solutions provider Inox Wind on Friday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 27.47 crore during the quarter ended December 31, 2019. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 1.69 crore during the corresponding quarter a year ago, Inox Wind said in a BSE filing. During the October-December 2019 period, its total income fell to Rs 179.76 crore from Rs 394.45 crore in the year-ago period. In a statement, the company said, "It has an Ebitda (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) of Rs 24 crore as compared to an Ebitda of Rs 4 crore. The improvement in financial results is due to fresh supplies of WTGs (wind turbine generators) for new orders." The company commissioned 150-megawatts (MW) capacity projects in the first quarter and 50 MW in the second quarter and the balance 50 MW is to be commissioned in last quarter of 2019-20, it said. Inox Wind Executive Director Devansh Jain said, "During the quarter, we have started execution of new orders along fresh supplies of WTGs. We are pleased to announce a repeat order from Morgan Stanley backed Continuum Power for 250 MW. Inox winds reports Rs 27 cr loss in Dec quarter

New Delhi, Dec 30 () Inox Wind on Monday said that it has entered into an agreement with Continuum Power Trading (TN) Pvt Ltd to supply, erect and commission 250 mw wind power projects in Gujarat.
 "Inox Wind... has signed a term sheet with Continuum Power Trading (TN) Pvt Ltd, part of Continuum Wind Energy group, to supply, erect and commission 250 MW of wind power projects (in two phases of 126 MW and 124 MW) comprising of a mix of 2 MW (113 metre rotor diameter turbine combined with 92 metre hub height) and 3 MW (145 metre rotor diameter turbine combined with 120metre hub height) turbines," the company said in a filing to BSE.
 The first phase of 126 mw of the project is scheduled to be commissioned by the third quarter of FY21 at Dayapar in Bhuj district, Gujarat, and will be executed on a turnkey project basis.
 As part of the order, Inox Wind will provide Continuum Power with end-to-end solutions from development and construction to commissioning and providing long-term operations and maintenance services.
 "Common infrastructure such as 220 KV pooling substation at Dayapar, 220 KV bay at Power Grid Corporation Of India Limited (PGCIL) Nirona End, 220 KV transmission line for 72 km is ready and the project will be executed on a plug-and-play basis," the company said.

Inox Wind signs pact with Continuum Power Trading for 250 mw power projects

<ul><li>RIL, TCS, HDFC Bank retain top spots as <keyword id="19895063" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="india" source="keywords">India</keyword>’s most valuable companies.</li><li>India’s 500 most valuable companies have a cumulative value of ₹231 lakh crore, as per a Burgundy <keyword id="20553117" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="hurun" source="keywords">Hurun</keyword> report.</li><li>Suzlon Energy, Jindal Stainless and JSW Infrastructure saw triple digit growth in value in the last one year. </li></ul>Reliance Industries, TCS and HDFC Bank retained their ranks as India’s most valuable companies respectively in the 2023 <keyword id="20554332" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="burgundy-private-hurun" source="keywords">Burgundy Private Hurun</keyword> India 500, released on Monday. The combined value of the top 10 companies remained unchanged in the last one year, at ₹73.3 lakh crore. However, the picture wasn't as rosy for the startup ecosystem. The top 10 had a mixed year, five of them seeing a robust double double digit growth in value, two of them saw single-digit growth, and three of them shed around 10% of their value. L&amp;T’s value went up by 41%, HDFC Bank’s value swelled by 35% due the merger with its parent, and ITC too saw its value swell by 24%. Notable exits &amp; big comebacks Startups, however, had a bad year with Swiggy shedding 26% of its value, Dream11’s value went down by 9.8%, and Razorpay by 8.5%. Meanwhile, in the listed space, while most new-age companies like Policybazaar, Delhivery, Zomato Paytm, saw their valuations go up, Nykaa remained an outlier as it shed 26.8% of its value. Byju’s and Pharmeasy exited the list which has a new cut off rate of ₹6,700 crore. “Startup funding and valuation continued their downward trajectory. Startups in the list cumulatively lost ₹4 lakh crore led by <keyword id="19914048" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="byjus" source="keywords">Byjus</keyword>, Dealshare, and Pharmeasy; which failed to make it to the list this year,” Hurun said. The unlisted universe had yet another disappointment. India’s most valuable unlisted company and Covid-19 vaccine maker Serum Institute of India saw its value decrease by 13% to ₹1.9 lakh crore. There have been many comeback stories as well amongst the top 500 companies. Suzlon Energy registered one of the highest value growth this year, as its value swelled by a remarkable 436%. Jindal Stainless’ value went up by 395% and JSW Infrastructure by 310%. “It indicates a rise in renewable energy and infrastructure development. For instance, INOX Wind, which was on the path to insolvency in 2017, registered a 450% growth in value and stormed into 2023 Burgundy Private <keyword id="20554331" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="hurun-india" source="keywords">Hurun India</keyword> 500,” said Anas Rahman Junaid, MD and chief researcher, of Hurun India. But, 61 new companies made their debut to the list, led by industrial products with 16 new entrants, followed by financial services with 10 new entrants. Apart from Inox Wind, freshly listed R R Kabel and Welspun Corp were the notable unlisted entrants including unicorn Incred Finance, and Bengaluru-based gaming startup Gameskraft. The combined value of the listed and unlisted companies which made it to the 2023 Burgundy Private Hurun India 500, is more than the combined GDP of Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Singapore, the report said. “The 2023 Burgundy Private Hurun India 500 companies represent India’s economically strongest businesses. The reason is self-explanatory as these companies have a total value of $2.8 trillion, which is almost 90% of India’s current GDP, i.e. they are the backbone of India’s economy. Humpy, Nihal Sarin and Divya Deshmukh were logged out due to server crash during the second match of the final," non-playing Captain <keyword id="4353983" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="srinath-narayanan">Srinath Narayanan</keyword> told IANS. "We had asked for a fair solution - a replay of three games," he added. Announcing his decision Dvorkovich in a statement said: "The Online <keyword id="421028" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="chess-Olympiad">Chess Olympiad</keyword> has been impacted by a global internet outage, that severely affected several countries, including India. "Two of the Indian players have been affected and lost connection, when the outcome of the match was still unclear. "The Appeals Committee has examined all the evidence provided by Chess.com, as well as information gathered from other sources about this internet outage. After being informed of their considerations and in absence of an unanimous decision, and taken into account these unprecedented circumstances, as FIDE President I made the decision to award Gold Medals to both teams," he said. Srinath said the appeal was made stating it was due to a server crash of Cloudflare used by www.chess.com. The FIDE President's decision was welcomed by the Indian chess fraternity. Meanwhile, the finals between India and Russia began in the evening. The first match ended with a score of 3-3 with all the six games ending in a draw.
