Did you know that the first ever <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=miss+universe&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">Miss Universe</a> pageant was held way back in 1952? Yep, that long back.<br />

It was held on June 28 in California, USA and the <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=miss+india&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">Miss India</a> representing the country for the first time was the gorgeous <keyword id="3366561" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Indrani-Rehman">Indrani Rehman</keyword>. She was all of 22 then.<br />

Rehman was also a trained Indian classical dancer of Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, Kathakali and Odissi, all of which she also popularised in the West.<br />

We just happened to stumble upon a picture of her in the <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=swimsuit+round&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">swimsuit round</a> from the <keyword id="3366562" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="first-ever-Miss-Universe-pageant">first ever Miss Universe pageant</keyword> and boy does she rock the vintage look!<br />

The gajra and bindi with the swimsuit is an added bonus of desi swag. We love it!<br />
