<ul><li>Microsoft has started the rollout of its <keyword id="24149753" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="AI-powered-Recall" source="keywords">AI-powered Recall</keyword> feature.</li><li>Recall is currently available to <keyword id="20184542" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Windows-Insiders" source="keywords">Windows Insiders</keyword> with Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs.</li><li>The feature was delayed due to security and privacy concerns raised by users.</li></ul> Microsoft has announced the release of its AI-powered "Recall" feature for <keyword id="19932463" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Windows-11" source="keywords">Windows 11</keyword>. The feature, which is currently in preview and available to Windows Insiders with Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs, allows users to search for and retrieve information from past activities on their devices. The release of Recall was delayed due to security and privacy concerns. However, Microsoft has assured users that the feature is now safe and secure. To use Recall, users must opt-in to save snapshots and enrol in <keyword id="20412864" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Windows-Hello" source="keywords">Windows Hello</keyword>. zRecall works by capturing screenshots of user activity and allowing users to search for specific information within those screenshots. The feature also includes a "Click to Do" capability that enables users to complete tasks based on the information retrieved from past activities. Microsoft has addressed privacy concerns by making the feature opt-in, encrypting data, and requiring Windows Hello authentication for access, thus ensuring that user data remains secure on the device. Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel can now experience Recall firsthand. To join the Dev Channel, users need to register for the Windows Insider Program, link their Microsoft account used for signing into Windows, select the Dev Channel in the Windows Insider Program settings, and check for updates to receive the new build. Microsoft's Recall feature has the potential to change the way users interact with their devices. By providing a powerful and intuitive way to search for and retrieve information from past activities, Recall could save users time and increase productivity. Microsoft’s AI-powered Recall feature is now rolling out to Copilot+ PCs

<ul><li>Airtel and Reliance Jio have introduced plans for their prepaid users. </li><li>The plans offer additional benefits with high-speed data and unlimited voice calls. </li><li>You can purchase the plans from the official websites or applications of both Airtel and Jio.</li></ul>Soon after the rival Reliance Jio released Independence Day offers for its prepaid subscribers, the telecom service giant Airtel also launched two new plans for its prepaid users. Priced at a reasonable rate of ₹519 and ₹779 only, Airtel is offering several benefits for its users. On the other hand, Reliance Jio introduced a plan of ₹750 and ₹2999. Both the telecom giants have offered plans packed with benefits at a reasonable price. Airtel ₹519 plan This plan comes with a validity period of 60 days. Users who choose this plan can use 1.5GB of data and send up to 100 messages daily. Also, it offers unlimited voice calling. Prepaid users can get free Apollo 24/7 Circle for three months, free hello tunes, and a cashback of 100 on FASTag. Airtel ₹779 plan This plan comes with a validity period of 90 days. Users who choose this plan can use 1.5GB of data and send up to 100 messages daily. Also, it offers unlimited voice calling. New Airtel and Reliance Jio prepaid plans compared

<keyword id="112601" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="indian-telecom-industry">Indian telecom industry</keyword> is going to see a big merger, the result of which would displace <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/airtel-speeds-past-jio-and-others-as-indias-fastest-network/articleshow/57429981.cms">Airtel</a> from the position of market leader. 
 
The board of Idea Cellular, owned by <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/IIM-A-shortlisted-K-M-Birla-forthe-post-of-chairman/articleshow/54625345.cms">Kumar Mangalam Birla</a>, has announced that it has approved of a merger with <keyword id="6354923" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Vodafone-India">Vodafone India</keyword> and its wholly owned subsidiary <keyword id="15492" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Vodafone">Vodafone</keyword> India Mobile Services. 
 
The name of the new entity has not been decided yet, but it’s known that Vodafone India's business except its investments in Indus Towers will be a part of it. 
 
Vodafone will have a 45.1% share in the new entity, and the merger would see a transfer of 4.9% shares to the promoters of <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/tech/with-idea-making-incoming-calls-free-national-roaming-willsoon-be-a-matter-of-past/articleshow/57606367.cms">Idea Cellular</a> for Rs 38,740 crore in cash. Out of the remaining stake, 26% will be held by <keyword id="6354955" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Kumar-mangalam-birla">Kumar Mangalam Birla</keyword> and other promoters of Idea Group, leaving the rest for the public. 
 
It would take the merger 24 months to be completed, subject to approvals from shareholders, creditors, stock exchanges, SEBI, the telecom department and Competition Commission of India. 
 
More details about the merger would be out later today. 
 
The board of the new entity would comprise of three directors nominated by the promoters of Idea and Vodafone both. Idea’s nominee will serve as the chairman while Vodafone’s nominee would be the CFO. CEO and COO positions would be decided by both parties together. 
 
The agreement between Idea and <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/vodafoneindia-just-partnered-with-amazon-prime-video/articleshow/57717680.cms">Vodafone</a> says that Idea promoters would be able to acquire up to a 9.5% additional stake from Vodafone with a view to equalise shareholding overtime. 
 
In case both Idea and Vodafone hold equal shareholding by the end of the 4th year after the completion of the merger, Vodafone will have to reduce its holding so that the ownership can be equalised over the 5th year. Until then, additional shares held by Vodafone will be restricted and votes will be exercised jointly. 
 
The new entity will have enough spectrums to compete with all major operators, and would also be able to offer attractively priced 3G and 4G mobile services to its consumers, which would be a boost since the telcos are under <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/small-business/tech/jios-back-breaking-new-data-plans-are-giving-rivals-sleepless-nights/articleshow/57432021.cms">constant threat</a> from newly launched <keyword id="6354504" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Reliance-Jio">Reliance Jio</keyword>.

We will soon bring Apple Retail there," Cook had announced in February. He said that Apple actually did fairly well through Covid in India. Apple reveals first glimpse of its grand India retail store in Mumbai
