Enviro Infra Engineers IPO allotment – How to check allotment, IPO GMP, listing date and more

Enviro Infra Engineers, which is involved in the development of turnkey projects of <keyword id="19979438" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sewage-treatment-plants" source="keywords">sewage treatment plants</keyword> and sewerage systems, on Monday fixed a price band of ₹140-148 per share for its ₹650 crore <keyword id="19913114" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Initial-Public-Offering" source="keywords">Initial Public Offering</keyword> (IPO). The initial share sale will open for public subscription on November 22 and conclude on November 26. The bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on November 21, the company announced. The city-based company's proposed IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 3.87 crore equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) component of 52.68 lakh shares by promoters. Currently, promoters hold over 93 per cent stake in Enviro Infra Engineers. At the higher end of the price band, the IPO is valued at ₹650 crore, placing the company's market capitalization at approximately ₹2,600 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue to the tune of ₹181 crore will be used to meet the working capital requirements, ₹100 crore will be used for payment of debt, ₹30 crore will be infused into the company's subsidiary, EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers, to build 60 million litres per day Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. Besides, a portion will be used for general corporate purposes. Half of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 per cent for retail investors and the remaining 15 per cent for non-institutional investors. Enviro Infra Engineers is engaged in designing, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies. The treatment process installed by the company at most of the STPs is zero liquid discharge-compliant and the treated water can be used for horticulture, washing, refrigeration, and other process industries. Enviro Infra Engineers IPO to open on Nov 22; eyes ₹650 crore

The electric two-wheeler maker said it has initiated a network partner programme aimed at taking EV sales further into tier-2 and tier-3 cities, including urban pockets where EV penetration remains low. Under the initiative, the company has reportedly on-boarded 625 partners to expand its sales footprint across India, it said in a statement. "Our D2C model has been extremely successful in driving sustainable business growth. The Network Partner Program will further amplify the benefits of our D2C network as it requires limited capital investment from partners and can be scaled up really fast," Ola Electric Chairman and MD Bhavish Aggarwal stated. While the company-owned stores will be the anchors of sales and service network, this programme will be instrumental in expanding the EV footprint deeper into the urban and rural markets, he added. "We will continue to expand and invest in our front-end network to accelerate EV adoption to #EndICEAge, and by the end of next year, will have 10,000 Network Partners across the country," Aggarwal said. Balaji Solutions, Enviro Infra Engineers get Sebi nod to float IPO

majority of the revenue is earned from this segment (close to 98-99%). We have a positive view of the company from the long term perspective, given government support to the infrastructure sector, high experience in the execution of road projects, technical capabilities and stable financials.” Strong order book and financial performance Over the last two decades, GR Infra has transformed itself from a small regional player to a pan-India EPC company. Order book of the company grew from a meagre ₹1,700 crore in FY14 to a massive ₹19,000 crore, said a report by Prabhudas Lilladher. Its revenue has seen strong 33% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in the last three years (much higher than listed peers), primarily driven by strong order intake and expansion in new geographies The company has three manufacturing facilities -- one each in Rajasthan, Assam and Uttar Pradesh -- for the manufacturing of key raw materials and also a fabrication and galvanizing unit in Gujarat. All these enable it to be less dependent on third party equipment providers and also efficiently manage its project execution schedules. In FY19, FY20 and FY21, the company executed 80%, 50% and 50%, respectively, of the projects prior to the completion dates, said Choice Broking in a report. Robust track record With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, GR Infraprojects’ promoters and management team have a track record of timely executing over 100 road construction projects since 2006. “With superior project management capabilities and integrated business model, the company received ₹280 crore as early completion bonus in its projects,” said a report by Prabhudas Lilladher. The company’s order book of ₹19,000 crore is well diversified across the country (Uttar Pradesh -- 23%, Madhya Pradesh -- 18%, Maharashtra -- 14%, Gujarat -- 13%), but concentrated in the roads segment at 97%. GR Infraprojects IPO is for long term investors, say analysts

Mumbai, <keyword id="462153" type="DOMAIN" weightage="20" keywordseo="IRB-Infrastructure-Developers">IRB Infrastructure Developers</keyword> on Tuesday said that its <keyword id="136326" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Board-of-Directors">board of directors</keyword> has increased the fund-raising <keyword id="6401555" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="limit">limit</keyword> from ₹4,500 crore to ₹5,500 crore. "The Board of Directors of the company on February 9, 2021 has approved the proposal of increasing the limit of raising of funds through various options including by way of issuance of debt securities, non-convertible debentures etc, through permissible routes," the company said in a regulatory filing. The fund would be raised in the in the onshore or offshore market and by public issue or on private placement basis. Shares of IRB Infra were trading at ₹111.20, higher by ₹2.15 or 1.97 per cent from its previous close.
