The Entero Healthcare Solutions had received only 9% subscription on its first day. While the IPO was fully subscribed, non-institutional investors (NIIs) did not fully subscribe to the shares reserved for them. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) stepped in on the final day to subscribe to the IPO. The company had fixed the price band at ₹1,195 to ₹1,258 per equity share for its public offer which closed on Tuesday, February 13. The minimum bid quantity was set at 38 equity shares and in multiples of 38 equity shares thereafter. While the total issue size is ₹1,600 crore, it includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth ₹600 crore. Ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹716.4 crore from anchor investors. Of the total IPO size, 75% was reserved for QIBs, 15% for NIIs and 10% for retail individual investors. Entero Healthcare Solutions IPO allotment – How to check allotment, GMP, listing date and more

On the NSE, it started the trade at Rs 655, registering a gain of 44.91 per cent. The stock ended at Rs 569.50, up 25.99 per cent. The company's market valuation stood at Rs 13,614.40 crore. In volume terms, 22.73 lakh shares of the company were traded on the BSE and 356.45 lakh shares exchanged hands on the NSE during the day. The Initial Public Offer (<keyword id="6354763" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="ipo" source="Orion">IPO</keyword>) of Indegene got subscribed 69.71 times on the closing day of bidding on Wednesday last week. It’s a book-built issue of ₹834 crore, and is completely an offer-for-sale with no net proceeds going back to the company. It has raised ₹250 crore from anchor investors like Goldman Sachs Fund, Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore), Copthall Mauritius Investment, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Societe Generale and SBI Life Insurance. The company’s promoters are Kuldip Singh Rathee and Vijay Rathee, and started operations in 1989. Its listed peers in the market are Uno Minda, Bharat Forge, Endurance Technologies and Suprajit Engineering. ASK Automotive is the largest manufacturer of brake-shoe and advanced braking systems for two-wheelers in India. It has a market share of approximately 50% in FY23 in terms of production volume for original equipment manufacturers and the branded independent aftermarket, on a combined basis. The company has in-house design and engineering capabilities that allows them to deliver complex precision components. Also, the business they’re in is a high-entry barrier business. “ASK Automotive is a well-established manufacturer of safety systems and critical engineering solutions with an extensive suite of systems and solutions for electric vehicle as well as internal combustion engine sectors and long-standing customer relationships with both Indian and global OEM players,” says a report by Anand Rathi, which gave it a ‘subscribe-long term’ rating as it believes the issue is fairly priced. Today, August 18, is the last day to subscribe for the issue. The technology-focused engineering and design company is engaged in turnkey electronics manufacturing services. It specializes in manufacturing for diverse industries, including industrial appliances, automotive, healthcare, consumer products and IT industries. The company is looking to raise ₹840 crore with this public issue implying a market capitalization of ₹3,880 crore. The IPO launched on August 12 and will close on August 18 with a price band of ₹209- ₹220 per share. Analysts say that the electronics system design &amp; manufacturing (ESDM) market is expanding on the back of China+1 strategy, import substitution, ‘Make in India’ programme and government incentives. “We believe Syrma is well placed to capitalize on domestic and global opportunities. Owing to superior technology based manufacturing domain, healthy product mix, diversified product portfolio, strong R&amp;D capabilities, and capacity addition, we recommend ‘subscribe’ to the issue,” said analysts at Reliance Securities. Syrma currently operates through 11 manufacturing facilities in north India (Himachal, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh) and south India (Tamil Nadu and Karnataka). Some of its marquee customers include TVS Motor Company, A O Smith India Water Products, Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solution, Eureka Forbes and Hindustan Unilever. Love is in the air:  Jio asks out Airtel users on a Valentine's date

IT services major Tata Consultancy Services has entered into a partnership with the <keyword id="19895063" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="India" source="keywords">India</keyword>n Institute of Technology-Bombay, to develop what it said is India's first <keyword id="21836125" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="quantum-diamond-microchip-imager" source="keywords">quantum diamond microchip imager</keyword>. According to a statement from the IT services major on Tuesday, this to-be-developed sensing tool will hold the potential to unlock new levels of precision in the examination of <keyword id="20649044" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="semiconductor-chips" source="keywords">semiconductor chips</keyword>, reduce chip failures and improve the energy efficiency of electronic devices. Over the next two years, experts from <keyword id="19950203" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="TCS" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="TCS" meta.hostid="268" meta.entityid="TCS">TCS</keyword> will work with Dr Kasturi Saha, Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of IIT-Bombay to develop the tool. Semiconductor chips are an essential component of all modern electronic devices. These chips act as the brain of devices across industries such as communications, computing, healthcare, military systems, transportation, clean energy, and what not. Professor Saha said, "By working together, we aim to transform various sectors, including electronics and healthcare, and propel India forward through ground-breaking technologies and products aligned with National Quantum Mission's Quantum Sensing and Metrology vertical." Dr Harrick Vin, Chief Technology Officer, TCS, noted that the Second Quantum Revolution is progressing at an unprecedented speed, making it imperative to pool resources and expertise to build cutting-edge capabilities in sensing, computing, and communication technologies. "We firmly believe this initiative will have a transformative impact on various industries and society, with applications ranging from electronics to healthcare, and beyond. By working together, we can drive innovation and create a brighter future for all," said the CTO. National Quantum Mission, an initiative of the central government, aims to position the nation as a global quantum technology leader. As semiconductors continue to shrink in size, traditional sensing methods lack the precision and capabilities to detect anomalies in the chips, TCS asserted. The to-be-developed Quantum Diamond Microchip Imager can image magnetic fields, enabling a non-invasive and non-destructive mapping of semiconductor chips, much like an MRI at a hospital. It uses the defects in a diamond's structure, known as Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) centers, together with the other hardware and software for detecting and characterizing anomalies in semiconductor chips. The semiconductor industry in India is still in a nascent stage, with various local and multinational companies intending to tap its vast potential. Union Minister for Communications and Electronics and IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw, earlier this year said, that by the end of 2024, India would witness the launch of the first indigenous semiconductor chip. Currently, four semiconductor units -- three in Gujarat and one in Assam -- are in under construction stage.
