British singer-songwriter <keyword id="1432681" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="ed-sheeran" source="Orion">Ed Sheeran</keyword> is all set to perform in India once again. The 'Shape of You' hitmaker will bring his '+ - = / x' tour to the country as part of his Asia and Europe Tour in 2024. As per a statement shared by <keyword id="600792" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="bookmyshow" source="Orion">BookmyShow</keyword> Live, Sheeran's gig will take place at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Mumbai, on March 16, 2024. Interestingly, Calum Scott will mark his presence at the show. This visit marks Sheeran's return to Mumbai six years after his successful Divide Tour in 2017. This year alone, Sheeran released two albums, '-' (Subtract) and Autumn Variations. Released to critical acclaim in May and September respectively, Sheeran worked with The National's Aaron Dessner on both LPs. Sheeran's two-hour + - = / x Tour will draw from all of his albums since 2011 - "Plus," "Multiply" (2014), "Divide" (2017), "Equals" (2021) and the new "Subtract," and also includes a song from 2019's "No. 6 Collaborations Project" ("Blow"). Sheeran's first performance in India was held in 2015. In November 2017, he returned for the second time for a show at Jio World Garden in Bandra Kurla Complex despite being injured. He was also spotted partying with Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira, Malaika Arora and others at filmmaker Farah Khan's residence, who hosted the much-publicised night in honour of the 'Shape Of You' hitmaker.

The videos and pictures of Ed Sheeran, who is in India, are going viral on social media. Armaan Malik took to Instagram and shared a video featuring himself and Ed Sheeran. Armaan got the 'Shape of You' singer dance to Allu Arjun's Butta Bomma song from Telugu hit 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'. Song 'Butta Bomma', is sung by Armaan Malik and features in Allu Arjun's movie. Last Saturday, the young musician launched her debut international single ‘Livin’ the life’ in a glitzy event in Mumbai which was attended by <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=hrithik+roshan&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">Hrithik Roshan</a>, Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea and Sohail Khan. A mix of EDM and pop, the track has been mixed by Dutch DJ <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=afrojack&amp;sortorder=effectivedate">Afrojack</a> and composed and written by Ananya and American producer Jim Beanz. The duo then recorded the track at a studio in Philadelphia. 
 
The single was a result of a one-year long collaboration between her and Beanz, who has previously worked with international popstars Demi Lovato, Nelly Furtado to name a few. 
 
“Livin’ the Life’ is all about celebrating life and spreading love and kindness in the world. By coming out of adversity, one can start to see beauty, and that’s how the song came about,” she states when asked about the inspiration for her debut single. 
 
Many would call this shift of hers from a successful entrepreneur to the newest musician on the block unforeseen, but as it turns out, it was always on the cards. 
 
 
 
 
Ananya’s tryst with music began early. She played the santoor and guitar while growing up and counts The Fray, Ed Sheeran and Cheryl Cole as her inspiration. 
 
However, it was only during her time at University of Oxford, did the musician inside her breathe life. Singing and playing the guitar at live gigs became a regular occurrence so much so that in two years, she had performed at over 70 gigs and in essence, found her calling. 
 
She now writes lyrics, composes music and has plans to launch a soul and R&amp;B album soon. Infact, she has already started writing her next track. It goes without saying that music consumes her. 
 
When you ask Ananya, what music means to her, pat comes the reply. “To me, music is about life in totality and love in its purest form. It’s about capturing and expressing your emotions and celebrating everything about life.” 
 
Ananya is quite clear about one thing- her future as a musician doesn’t necessary have to intertwine with Bollywood. Instead, her priority is to give people access to music platforms through her organisation, One.

Mumbai, May 4 () Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit Nene among others turned signers for a digital concert to raise funds for the frontliners working round-the-clock to contain the coronavirus pandemic in the country.Facebook collaborated with some of the biggest names in Indian entertainment industry and Hollywood names like Mick Jagger, Will Smith and Sophie Turner to put together a home-to-home fundraiser concert, 'I For India' on Sunday.The line-up was introduced by filmmakers Karan Johar and Zoya Akhtar, with Akshay Kumar kick-starting the concert with a poem penned by lyricist Manoj Muntashir, titled "Tumse Ho Nahi Payega."It was followed by Aamir and his director-wife Kiran Rao, who said it was important in current times to extend support to the needy."But most importantly, to not leave hope," Aamir said, urging people to donate for the frontline workers. The duo then sang classics such as "Aa Chalke Tujhe Main Leke Chalun" and "Jeena Isika Naam Hai".Shah Rukh closed the concert with a song composed by rapper Badshah and penned by lyricist Saini. Titled "Sab Sahi Ho Jayega", the song is about the perils of being locked up inside homes and the hope that sooner or later the world will be coronavirus free. "Everybody who knows me knows that I cannot sing to save my life. So thank you for taking a chance on me, everybody. But that's what life is about, it's about good chances, hope, kindness and compassion in whatever ways we can," Shah Rukh said.Shah Rukh's son, AbRam, also made an appearance in the song and the duo put up some adorable dance moves together. Towards the end, when the "Fan" actor said he can go for "one more", AbRam said, "Papa, it's enough."Madhuri performed her rendition of popstar Ed Sheeran's "Perfect" with her son Arin on the piano. Alia Bhatt, along with sister Shaheen and composer Ankur Tewari, sang "Ek Kudi" from her film "Udta Punjab" and title song of her father Mahesh Bhatt's film "Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin".Alia and Shaheen thanked the essential service providers and frontline workers for their continued, winning efforts amid testing times.Farhan Akhtar, along with his band, performed "Tum Ho Toh" from his film "Rock On!!", while Hrithik sang the popular track "Tere Jaisa Yaar Kahan" and played the piano. Tiger Shroff, known for his dance moves and action films, sang "Theher Ja Tu Kisi Bahane Se" and the classic "Roop Tera Mastana". By the end of the 4 hour 20 minute-long concert, over Rs 3 crore were raised. All the proceeds from the fundraiser concert will go to the India COVID Response Fund managed by GiveIndia, to support on-ground relief.
