The expressway has now been given greenlight by National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) to build six lane road from Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE) and is <a href="https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/delhi/mumbai-e-way-to-come-into-delhi-manesar-to-get-closer/articleshow/67249427.cms">planned to extend</a> up to ring road near DND flyway. Originally, the expressway is planned to be 1,250 km long, which is aimed to provide a smooth route to commuters that can run vehicles at a speed of 120 km per hour, will be a <a href="https://www.mumbailive.com/en/transport/delhi-mumbai-express-work-on-fast-track-land-acquisition-on-progress-30856">signal-free </a>one. The expressway is expected to be an alternative fast-track route to Manesar in Haryana from from east and South Delhi, easing local traffic congestion. It will <a href="http://v">trim the road-distance</a> to Mumbai to 12 hours, which currently takes 24-48 hours. The six-lane road stretching over 59 kms has been planned to diverge into four sections including the first patch of 7.3 km from DND flyway over river Yamuna. The expressway is expected to bring a huge relief to commuters from residents of National Capital Region. The project will have 13 flyovers, two rail-bridges and nearly 10 minor bridges. The project, which has been approved under the Bharatmala programme, will be completely funded by NHAI and is expected to accept bids by August next year, Times of India reported. In spite of several bottlenecks, the NHAI has set up impressive targets and aims to develop 20 km/day, in a bid to fast-track the country’s <keyword id="2034194" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Road-network-expansion">road network expansion</keyword>. 
 As of July 2013, <keyword id="6373156" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="National-Highways">national highways</keyword> account for 79,116 km, connecting all major cities and state capitals. Expressways, however, differ a bit in the sense they are controlled-access highways like the <keyword id="610047" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="freeways">freeways</keyword> or <keyword id="1333990" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="motorways">motorways</keyword> or autobahnen in the US and Europe, essentially designed for high-speed traffic. As of now, most of the expressways in India are 6-8 lane <keyword id="120837" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="toll-roads">toll roads</keyword> and cover a total distance of nearly 1,208.19 km. India expects to add another 3,530 km of expressways by 2014 as projects under construction get completed. Another massive programme is also under way to expand the network and the Indian government plans to add an additional 18,637 km of expressways by 2022.

<keyword id="6357103" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="delhi-traffic-police">Delhi Traffic Police</keyword> has issued a fresh notification superseding all previous orders regarding declarations of speed limits on the roads of NCT of <keyword id="66" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Delhi">Delhi</keyword>. The order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi, the notification read. The concerned civic road maintaining agencies shall erect the corresponding informatory sign boards indicating the speed limits at all prominent locations on the road/road stretches in their areas of jurisdiction for guidance and convenience of the road user/general public. This order has come into force with immediate effect from June 8. Unregulated plying of motor vehicles on a high speed on the roads of NCT of Delhi is endangering the life of motorists as well as other road users/commuters and it is necessary to regulate the speed of motor vehicles on the roads of NCT of Delhi for safety of motorists as well as other road users. The notification has been issued by Satyawan Gautam, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (Modernization), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred u/s 28(1) (b) of Delhi Police Act, 1978 read with Rule 9 (1) of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Streets Regulations, 1980 which revises the maximum speed limit (where road condition permits) for various type of motor vehicles on Delhi roads. For cars, jeeps, taxis, cabs, the maximum speed limit is revised to 70 km per hour on NH-48 (Earlier NH-8) from Parade Road/Gurgaon Road Crossing to Delhi Gurgaon Border, DND Flyover - Mayur Vihar Link Road and NH-44 (Earlier NH-1) from <keyword id="2802822" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Singhu-Border">Singhu Border</keyword> to Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Noida Toll Road (The straight stretch from Delhi side upto Toll Gates and from the Toll Gate upto the points where curves lasts), Saleemgarh Bypass Road (Ring Road Bypass). Similarly, it was also revised on NH-9 (Earlier NH-24) from Millennium Park to Gazipur Border, NH-9 (Earlier NH-10) from Ghevra Xing to Tikri Border, Northern Access Road from Red Light NSG to T-Point of Northern Access &amp; Central Spine, Central Spine Road from Mahipalpur Chowk to Terminal III, IGI Airport. A maximum speed of 60 km per hour is prescribed on stretches including NH-44 (Earlier NH-1) from Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar to Mukarba Chowk, Barapulla Nallah Road from Sarai Kale Khan upto Aurobindo Marg Xing, Ring Road from Chandgi Ram Akhara to Azadpur Flyover via ISBT, Rajghat, <keyword id="187137" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="ITO">ITO</keyword>, Sarai Kale Khan, Ashram Chowk, <keyword id="40458" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="AIIMS">AIIMS</keyword>, DhaulaKuan / Naraina, Punjabi Bagh, Outer Ring Road from Modi Mill Flyover upto Olaf Palme MargNH-8 Xing via Munirka. The speed limit is also revised on Outer Ring Road from District Centre Janakpuri via Peeragarhi, Mukarba Xing via Burari Xing upto Chandgi Ram Akhara, Pushta Road (Marginal Bandh Road) from Noida Border (Chilla Regulator) to New Geeta Colony Grade Separator via Akshardham Flyover, Radisson Road from T-Point Radisson Hotel to Terminal-III, IGI Airport , Terminal-II, IGI Airport Road from T-point of Terminal-II Road and Central Spine to Terminal-II, IGI Airport. A maximum speed for cars of 50 kmph on NH-44 (Earlier NH-1) from Mukarba Chowk to Azadpur Chowk, Ring Road from Azadpur to Chandgi Ram Akhara via Model Town, Kingsway Camp, Mall Road, NH-9 (Earlier NH-10) from Punjabi Bagh to Ghevra Xing, All arterial roads in areas between Ring Road and Outer Ring Road, beyond Outer Ring Road, inside Ring Road and entire Trans Yamuna area (except roads which are specifically mentioned in the table). The lowest limit of 30 kmph is directed for All minor roads inside all Residential Areas / Commercial Markets and service roads / service lanes. <ul><li><keyword id="3143174" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="pharmeasy" source="Orion">PharmEasy</keyword> currently has a workforce of 6,100+ employees, but it is planning to hire more people for its new development centers.</li><li>PharmEasy offers a range of services such as teleconsultation, medicine deliveries, and sample collections for diagnostic tests.</li><li>The company acquired Thyrocare in June 2021, which opened the door for its public listing this year.</li></ul>Online pharmacy company PharmEasy, which is working towards an initial public offering (IPO) soon, is looking to hire over 200 engineers for its new development centers in Hyderabad, Pune and the national capital region surrounding New Delhi. The Mumbai-based startup currently has a workforce of over 6,100 employees. Seven-year old PharmEasy claims that the initiative to launch a new development centre coincides with the increased digital adoption due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The company claims that this increased customer demand has also increased the demand for tech skills across the spectrum. “The new facilities will serve as a significant hub for driving development and innovation,” Abhinav Yajurvedi, chief technology officer (CTO) of PharmEasy. Founded by Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, Harsh Parekh, Hardik Dedhia, and Siddharth Shah, PharmEasy caters to the chronic care segment and offers a range of services such as teleconsultation, medicine deliveries, and sample collections for diagnostic tests. It operates a business-to-business (B2B) pharma marketplace with 6,000 consultation clinics with 90,000 partner retailers pan India. PharmEasy’s parent company API Holdings became the first Indian startup to acquire a publicly listed company, after it acquired A Velumani-led diagnostics chain Thyrocare Technologies for ₹4,546 crore ($612 million) in June. This acquisition has opened doors for the seven-year-old startup to list on the stock exchange directly. Online pharmacy startup PharmEasy is looking to hire 200 engineers in Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi before the IPO

The <keyword id="6355014" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="delhi-high-court">Delhi High Court</keyword> on Wednesday sought response from <keyword id="375475" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Future-Retail">Future Retail</keyword> Limited on <keyword id="18635" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Amazon">Amazon</keyword>'s petition to set aside observations in the interim order of a single-bench in a suit filed by the retailer. On December 21, a single-member bench presided by Justice Mukta Gupta had refused to restrain Amazon from interfering in Future Retail's deal with Reliance by writing to the statutory authority in view of the Emergency Award. Pursuant to this, Amazon moved the division bench of the Delhi High Court against the order dated December 21. During the proceedings on Wednesday, the division bench of Chief Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh issued notice to the Future Retail Limited and slated the matter to February 12. Advocate Gopal Subramanium and Rajiv Nayyar appeared for Amazon. Advocate Harish Salve came on behalf of Future Retail Limited, while Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Darius Khambata for Reliance. Amazon had dragged Future Group to arbitration at Singapore International Arbitration Centre after the firm signed a pact to sell retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing units to Mukesh Ambani's Reliance in a Rs 24,713 crore deal. As per the Amazon, Future Retail Limited violated the contract by entering into the deal with Reliance. In a fresh plea before the Delhi High Court, Amazon stated, "The learned single Judge made certain prima facie observations on the merits of the Appellant's case in the arbitration proceedings which are inconsistent with the findings of the EA order and thus gravely prejudice the appellant." "The prima facie observations contained in the impugned order effectively resulted in allowing Future Retail Limited to collaterally bypass the EA order," Amazon said. Amazon said Future Retail has been relying on these prima facie observations to misconstrue the true import of the impugned order in an effort to mislead regulators to grant approval to the potential transactions which has forced Amazon to file an appeal to quash and set aside the prima facie observations.

Apple said that sleep apnea, a disorder where breathing frequently stops and starts during sleep, often goes undiagnosed, leading to serious health risks such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. Apple’s approach uses a new metric called "Breathing Disturbances." This feature leverages the Apple Watch’s accelerometer to monitor wrist movements associated with breathing patterns during sleep. Every 30 days, the watch will assess data for any irregularities and alert users if it detects signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea. These notifications will serve as early warnings, encouraging users to consult with healthcare professionals for further diagnosis or treatment. The AirPods Pro’s hearing aid capabilities have been clinically validated, and Apple said that it worked to ensure that the sound quality remains impeccable, even when tailoring the audio output to a user's individual needs. <h2>Long-term protection of hearing health </h2> Apple’s focus on hearing health also extends to long-term protection. Through the Noise app on Apple Watch, users can receive notifications when their environment reaches noise levels that could affect their hearing.
