Investors can bid for a minimum of 38 equity shares and in multiples of 38 equity shares thereafter. The company's sales (net of cancellation) have grown at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 42.46 per cent, from 1,690.27 crore in fiscal 2021, to 3,430 crore in fiscal 2023. As of March 31, 2023, it had sold 25,089 residential units with an average selling price of 36 lakh per unit. ICICI Securities Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd are the book-running lead managers to the issue. The equity shares of the company will be listed on the BSE and NSE. As per leaked screenshots and videos, a custom chatbot creator has several features already available in ChatGPT using GPT-4, like web browsing and data analysis, reports 'The Verge'. The news was first reported by 'The <keyword id="1323134" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="decoder" source="Orion">Decoder</keyword>'. According to the report, OpenAI will also have a new marketplace where users can share their chatbots or browse those created by others. Moreover, an SEO tools developer, Tibor Blaho, also shared a video of the UI for the feature in action, displaying a GPT Builder option that allows users to submit a prompt -- for example, "make a creative who helps generate visuals for new products" -- to develop a chatbot. As shown in the video, there are options to select a default language, tone, and writing style for the bot on the "Create" tab. Then, on the "Configure" page, there are fields for naming, describing, and giving instructions to the bot on what it can and cannot do. They promise to not only serve their usual enterprise clients, but also move into new verticals to serve an entirely new set of customers — from teachers to carpenters to small store owners and more. But if you dig beneath the surface, Zoho has got most of its job done already. The company is building on top of the technology and adding features to products it has created over the last 25 years of its existence, which has allowed Zoho to enter new verticals with the speed of light. “Zoho has spent the last two decades building a strong technology stack that extends from the infrastructure layer to the experience layer. All of Zoho's over 50 business applications are built on this stack, along with a common data model, Praval Singh, vice president of marketing and customer experience at Zoho Corp, told Business Insider. He noted that by working on products for almost every business need, Zoho has acquired the skill-set and know-how to work on adjacent areas too. For example, adding a layer of augmented reality and analytics ⁠to these allow it to offer remote assistance. “The common framework also makes us agile. A new product that we start to work on can immediately use our existing micro-services (such as single sign-on) instead of having to reinvent the wheel,” Singh said, adding that Zoho’s leadership has been with the company for over a decade. The company now has over 50 apps across every major business category — sales, marketing, customer support, accounting and more. The company claims to have 70 million users across 500,000 companies. Singh also mentioned that Zoho’s artificial intelligence (AI) technology such as natural language processing (NPL) gets adopted across products across these different brands of Zoho. Zoho also launched <a href="https://www.businessinsider.in/business/news/zoho-adds-features-that-can-turn-a-video-call-into-remote-assistance-for-repairing-cars-appliances-and-more/articleshow/87134428.cms">Zoho Commerce in 2019</a> to enable retailers to set up their online shops and provide them with tools to construct websites, accept orders, track inventory and more. This offering will allow 100 product businesses to set up online stores in three weeks. The offering too has similar features like Zoho Lens and TrainerCentral. Zoho’s latest offering is an attempt to take on <keyword id="1017386" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="coursera" source="Orion">Coursera</keyword> and <keyword id="2240844" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="udemy" source="Orion">Udemy</keyword> Zoho entered the online learning space with the launch of its latest business vertical TrainerCentral last week. It offers digital platforms to allow individual teachers, solopreneurs and experts in a particular field to offer training online. TrainerCentral — which will be a sister to Zoho’s other brands ManageEngine, Zoho and Qntrl — offers tools like website builder, business administration console, dedicated learner portal, payments gateway, online conferencing and analytics for the trainers. Aarthi Elizabeth, chief brand evangelist of TrainerCentral at Zoho, told Business Insider that Trainer Central is seen as a rival to “Coursera and Udemy” — which enables individuals and universities to offer their courses online. Coursera and Udemy have an entire catalogue of courses being offered online. Meanwhile, Zoho’s TrainerCentral offers a link to trainers who would like to hold live online sessions or classes with their students or customers. Zoho does not have any content ownership, nor any control on the courses being offered to the customers. But there have been production problems, many of which <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/this-is-why-teslas-sculptural-work-of-art-back-seat-in-the-model-x-is-so-tricky-2015-8">reportedly involve the back seat of the Model X</a>. This has cut into expectations for Model S production, compelling Tesla to lower guidance from 55,000 vehicles delivered in 2015 to something between 50,000-55,000. <div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image">Tesla MotorsComing to a garage near you, complete with "falcon wing" doors and sculptural back seats.</div></div></div>Tesla has also started to burn a lot of cash. So much that it threw in the towel on trying to finish up 2015 with a predicted $1 billion in the bank - following the accounting of outgoing CFO Deepak Ahuja - and decided to sell $500 million in stock to create a cash cushion and to mitigate some of the risks that the company now faces. The equity raise makes sense, with the stock trading near its all-time high of $291, reached last September.<h3>An identity crisis</h3>But even though Tesla shares are up over 1,000% since the IPO, the auto industry is staggeringly cash-intensive. Everyone in the car business knew that Tesla was headed for this day of financial reckoning. But it took the first half of 2015 for the cash burn to become alarming enough for Musk &amp; Co. to pull the trigger on a raise, banking the funds before any bad news around the Model X launch or weaker Model S deliveries could revisit the share-price spiral that the company experienced in late 2014.It would be easy to argue that Tesla Crisis 4.0 is the least worrying so far. Musk is no longer an upstart CEO, the company isn't fighting for its life, and all the pressure of an IPO has faded.But this is actually Tesla's biggest crisis to date. It's an identity crisis, and although you could insist that the bankruptcy crisis was a more severe existential crisis, it was ultimately all about Tesla stabilizing itself as a startup and surging toward an IPO. That was an existential crisis. Then it was a startup saga, complete with a visionary Silicon Valley success at the helm. Since 2013, it's been a stock story, with the attendant dueling on both sides from the Tesla longs and the Tesla shorts, the bullish Wall Street analysts with their $400-per-share calls versus the bears who see the stock falling to $150.But now its a real, live builder of automobiles (OK, sure, it's also establishing a side business in energy storage, but that's not much to talk about yet). The truth is that no one has ever thought of Tesla as a car company. Being in the car business is very difficult, as the General Motors, Fords, Chryslers, Toyotas, and even Ferraris of the world will tell you. Mass-production of mobility, created for fickle, choice-addled consumers and driven by credit flows, is unforgiving. And cyclical. But this is why I think Tesla will make it through Crisis 4.0. The automotive cycle in the US right now is in a robust phase. In fact, according to some economists, the US might have another five years of running room before a recession ends the party. If Tesla has the potential to sell 500,000 vehicles a year by 2020, this is the time to do it. Because in the US alone, the annual auto market could see 20 million news cars and trucks sold by then.If Tesla is right and the demand for all-electric vehicles is out there, then all it needs to do is get its act thoroughly together on the production front. It has the capacity, at least theoretically. The plant that it occupies in Fremont, California can produce half a million cars each year.It's a cliche to say that every crisis is also an opportunity. But for Tesla, its latest crisis will finally force the world see the company for what it truly is. And what it truly is could actually change the world.Given all this, it makes perfect sense that Elon Musk recently climbed on top of a biplane for a bit of recreational wing-walking in England.
