However, her date turns out to be Kang Tae-moo (Ahn Hyo-seop), the CEO of the food company where Ha-ri works — and even worse, he's determined to marry her to get his meddling grandfather out of his dating life.</p><p><strong>Why you'll like it: </strong>For a healthy dose of trope-y, K-drama goodness (this time with a cast of adults), this is your pick. "Business Proposal" is slightly more mature than "XO, Kitty," but it has the same goofy spirit — on top of, frankly, one of the hottest kisses (<a target="_blank" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hL59Hs7x5tI">spoilers</a>!) ever seen on television. It seemed as if her story would never be made until <a href="https://deadline.com/2021/11/sarah-drew-two-picture-deal-lifetime-headline-holiday-films-its-a-wonderful-lifetime-slate-1234865252/">Lifetime called and offered her a two-picture deal</a>. It wanted to help bring her story to life.</p><p>Brian Herzlinger, who directed "Reindeer Games Homecoming," describes the movie as massive. While films with similar budgets typically have a maximum of three complex scenes, he says, Drew had written eight, including an ice-sculpture contest, a dog-sled-derby race, a ball-hockey game, and a polar bear plunge.</p><p>When Drew asked Herzlinger to direct the movie, he initially worried she wouldn't be able to devote much attention to her acting performance because of her executive-producing duties. He quickly realized he was wrong.</p><div type="image" title="Justin Bruening and Sarah Drew in &quot;Reindeer Games Homecoming.&quot;" height="4000" width="5333" msid="95588233" hostid="261"></div><p>"She tracked Mac from beginning to end, and that exceeded my expectations because I didn't have to guide as much as I thought I would have to," he said of Drew's dedication to her character.</p><p>Right before she and her film crew kicked off production, Drew reunited with her "Grey's" family to shoot the show's 400th episode. The event had coincided with the "Reindeer Games" timetable, so she pushed the start date a few days back. It was worth it. Surrounded by her past, feeling all at once nostalgic and present, the actor had a realization.</p><p>"I just had this really lovely moment of, 'Yes, that was hard four years ago, but I'm so excited to be doing this next thing,'" she remembered. Her latest show, "The Catch," premieres Thursday, March 24.</p><p class="p1">In her 2015 book, "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/Year-Yes-Dance-Stand-Person/dp/1476777098">Year of Yes</a>," Rhimes takes readers back to the days when she was casting "Grey's Anatomy" and still somewhat unused to the experience of being the boss.</p><p class="p1">Rhimes explains that everyone on the team was pushing to cast a particular actor as Cristina Yang, one of the doctors and main characters on the show. This was before they'd even met Sandra Oh, who would eventually go on to land the part.</p><p class="p1">Everyone, Rhimes said, thought this actor was great - and a perfect fit for the role.</p><p class="p1">Here's Rhimes:</p><p class="p1" style="padding-left: 30px;">I, too, thought she was great. But I did not want to cast her. Now I know what I did not know then - at this level, everyone is a great actor; there are no bad actors, there are just actors who do not fit your vision. Needless to say, the rest of the team was getting frustrated.</p><p class="p1">Rhimes' casting director, Linda, suspected what was going on, and called her to say, "This is your show and if you cast someone you do not want, it will not be your show. You need to tell everyone no."</p><p class="p1">When the team gathered on the phone, Rhimes hesitated before finally blurting it out: "No."</p><p class="p1">Though they were surprised and still tried to convince her otherwise, no one got especially angry or turned against her. Instead, her producer expressed relief that Rhimes' enthusiasm had returned and that she'd finally made a decision.</p><p class="p1">The next day, the team met Sandra Oh.</p><p class="p1">"That was my very first no at work," Rhimes writes. "Because of that NO? I decided that I was steering the ship.
