Today the European car giant finally <keyword id="6356110" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="launch">launch</keyword>ed the compact performance <keyword id="46360" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sedan">sedan</keyword> at the Budh F1 Track in Greater Noida near New Delhi. Consumers can pick this new launch from Merc for a price of Rs 68.5 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). 
 
The car is excellent to look at and has very modern masculine looks. Mercedes CLA 45 AMG runs on the 2 litre petrol engine that has a torque of 450 NM. A 7-speed automatic gearbox is what the drivers get and this car zip through with ease. 
 
CLA 45 AMG is a prized addition to the Mercedes India portfolio and has some neat features including active parking assistance. Users would love the fresh cabin and the ICE system is something we look forward to testing. Mercedes has aimed this car at youngsters and people who want extreme performance in smaller sedan.

"We know there is a market opportunity for people who would like the ability to move in and out of vehicles, depending on what they need or want at a particular point in time, or who don't want to own a vehicle right now."Membership to the Mercedes-Benz Collection requires a one-time activation fee of $495. There's also a monthly fee that is determined by the service's three tiers; Signature, Reserve, and Premier. Reserve is the middle tier at $1,595 and is available in both cities. This tier features mid-size E-Class sedans, wagons, coupes, and convertibles. The GLE 350 SUV is also available. A quartet of AMG models is on offer including the C43 sedan, GLC43 SUV, SLC 43 Roadster, and C43Coupe. Mercedes-BenzMercedes-Benz Concept A.On Tuesday, Mercedes-Benz unveiled its new Concept A sedan at the 2017 Shanghai motor show.The Concept A is the latest exercise in Mercedes design boss Gorden Wagener's "Sensual Purity" design language. "Our Concept A Sedan shows that the time of creases is over," Daimler AG chief design officer Gorden Wagener said in a statement. "With its perfect proportions and a sensual treatment of surfaces with reduced lines, it is the next milestone of 'Sensual Purity' and has the potential to introduce a new design era."Up front, the Concept A, with it's prominent grille work and angular headlights, bears a striking resemblance to the high performance AMG division's GT Concept which was unveiled earlier this year in Geneva. At the same time, its overall design is punctuated by large side mirrors, 20-inch wheels, and a relatively slim greenhouse.Since the Concept A is a mere design study as this point, Mercedes has not released any detailed technical specs.Mercedes-BenzMore importantly, the new concept gives Mercedes-Benz customers a glimpse at what the future holds for the most affordable models in the company's lineup - the A Class, B Class, CLA, and GLA. Mercedes' most affordable cars are about to get a stylish new update

The <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/2013-new-york-auto-show-news-and-updates-2013-3">2013 New York International Auto Show</a> is now open to the public, and some of the best new <keyword id="20632" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="Cars">cars</keyword> on display are luxury sedans.
Among them are two new offerings from <keyword id="25952" type="CITY" weightage="60" keywordseo="Mercedes-Benz">Mercedes-Benz</keyword>: The 2014 CLA-Class debuted at the Detroit Auto Show in January, and is the luxury automaker's bid to open the brand to young drivers, with a starting price below $30,000.
And for those with a bit more cash and taste for power, there's the brand new CLA45-AMG, which will go from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds.

Mercedes-Benz Says This Sleek Ride Will Win Over Crucial Young Buyers

But while those first three brands all showed off their vehicles at the show, Audi didn't.
The company is saving the official debut of its 2015 A3 sedan for the Shanghai Motor Show next month, but didn't want to let its rivals hog all the spotlight this week. So it revealed the car Tuesday night, the eve of the show.
The packed event at Pier 59 in Manhattan was open only to journalists, so the public won't have the chance to see the car in person for a while.
But the reveal got Audi coverage from every major auto news source. Car and Driver, Jalopnik, USA Today, the New York Times, the Detroit Free Press, and many others reported the reveal.

So even without a car on display to rival the BMW 328d, Cadillac CTS, and Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG, Audi is being talked about. And that's just what it wants.

Audi's Ploy To Get People Talking About Its New Car Worked Perfectly

The uphill battle has been made even tougher by a <a href="http://www.autonews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20130325/OEM01/303259968/the-mkzs-difficult-birth#axzz2Og5JE5HV">series of delays</a> that kept the <keyword id="20632" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="Cars">cars</keyword> out of dealerships, potentially wasting an <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/fords-lincoln-relaunch-is-working-so-far-2013-1">expensive early 2013 advertising campaign</a> that effectively raised awareness of the relaunch.
In the first two months of 2013, Lincoln sales were down 25 percent, <a href="http://www.detroitnews.com/article/20130326/AUTO01/303260409/1148/rss25">according to the Detroit News</a>. That ground can be made up, but not easily. Sales have improved and the cars are finally arriving in dealerships in large numbers.
Company executives acknowledged the difficulty of relaunching the defunct brand, once the choice of presidents and celebrities, now the go-to ride for livery cab drivers, well before the delays. 
They said it's a challenge, one that will take years, and that the MKZ is just the first step (three new cars should debut in the next three years).
Lincoln director of global marketing Matt VanDyke framed the relaunch as especially challenging. "We really have lost a whole generation of the luxury market. We have to acknowledge that head-on," VanDyke <a href="http://www.detroitnews.com/article/20130326/AUTO01/303260409/1148/rss25">told The Detroit Times</a>, adding that Lincoln is not on many buyers' "radar screens."
We've seen the MKZ; it's a good-looking car. But the already formidable challenge of coming back from the near-dead is about to get even tougher.
The New York Auto Show this week will see the birth of the new Audi A3, Cadillac CTS, and Mercedes CLA45 AMG. Even Buick, another lagging luxury brand, has a <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/buick-regal-gs-may-appeal-to-young-buyers-2013-3">new performance sedan that may actually appeal</a> to young shoppers.
Those cars won't hit dealerships for a while, so Lincoln does not have to worry about them just yet.
But the delays in getting the MKZs to dealers could prove fatal, squandering public interest in the brand at a crucial moment.
