That deal has since run out online. Many stores around the country opened as early as 6 or 7 a.m. for the sale, causing some fans to burn the candle at both ends in order to get first dibs on the merchandise.</p><p>So far, posts about Bath &amp; Body Works' candle sale have run the gamut, featuring everything from glowing excitement over new purchases to fiery criticism of issues with the chain's website. <ul class="summary-list"><li>Some aspects of choosing a live Christmas tree, like shape, color, and aroma, are subjective.</li><li>But certain Christmas tree species are better at keeping their needles and holding ornaments.</li></ul><p>If you're going to buy a live Christmas tree this year, there's a good chance it will be a fir. In 2019, 71% of all trees sold were firs, according to the <a target="_blank" href="https://twitter.com/USDA/status/1339212465960345600?lang=en"><u>US Department of Agriculture</u></a>. The top three varieties were Fraser, Douglas, and Noble.</p><p>There's a friendly competition between Christmas tree experts over the merits of the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/christmas-tree-farmers-climate-change-has-drastically-changed-the-business-2021-12">Fraser fir</a> and the Noble fir, Justin G. A. Whitehill, lead of the Christmas Tree Genetics Program at North Carolina State University, told Insider. "But those two are the preeminent species in the country."</p><p>Both species have great needle retention, according to Bert Cregg, a professor in the Department of Horticulture at Michigan State University. It's often a sought-after feature for those who like to <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/people-are-repurposing-their-christmas-trees-for-valentines-day-2020-1">keep their trees up for weeks</a>.</p><p>Plus, the needles tend to be less pokey than those on spruce trees.</p><p>For some, though, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-pick-perfect-christmas-tree-2017-11">other characteristics</a> are equally important. "A lot of it's just a matter of choice," Cregg said, "what people like in terms of scent and shape and needle color and all of that."</p><h2>What's the difference between pine, fir, and spruce trees?</h2><p>One of the easiest ways to distinguish between conifer — or cone-bearing — trees is to look at the needles.</p><p>The trick to remembering the difference between spruces and firs is their first letter, "s" or "f." Spruce needles tend to be sharp, and fir are usually flat, Whitehill said.</p><p>Pines are also easy to tell apart. Unlike fir and spruce trees, pine tree needles are clustered in groups instead of individually attached to the branch.</p><h2>What trees are available in my area?</h2><p>Where you live may determine what <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/choose-rockefeller-center-christmas-tree-new-york-city-2022-11">type of trees</a> are readily available. Oregon, North Carolina, and Michigan are the states that grow the most Christmas trees. "Each region sort of has <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/live-christmas-trees-growing-risk-from-climate-crisis-2021-12">their own species</a> that they grow," Whitehill said.</p><div type="image" title="An indoor storage space filled with plastic Christmas trees and two shoppers wearing masks." height="1844" width="2800" msid="106192429" hostid="261" sizebytes="858758"></div><p>In terms of firs, the Northwest has Nobles, North Carolina focuses on Frasers, and Michigan grows Douglas and Frasers, Cregg said.</p><p>Some trees are <a target="_blank" href="https://www.insider.com/guides/home/where-to-buy-real-christmas-trees-online">shipped throughout the US</a>, and there's a decent chance of seeing either Fraser or Noble firs at your local lot or retailer, Whitehill said.</p><p>The National Christmas Tree Association has <a target="_blank" href="https://realchristmastrees.org/all-about-trees/tree-locator/"><u>a map</u></a> for finding farms and other retailers that <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/christmas-tree-farm-selling-owner-how-to-grow-fir-2022-11">sell live Christmas trees</a>.</p><h2>Which Christmas tree has the best aroma?</h2><p>Balsam trees are known for their bold, long-lasting scent, Cregg said. "When you buy a candle" labeled Christmas tree, "they're usually Balsam scented," he said.</p><p>Scent is subjective, so you may prefer the lemon-scented concolor fir, for example. Those sensitive to smells may prefer a Leyland cypress, which has little aroma, Whitehill said.</p><p>The scents associated with Christmas trees tend to be woodsy or pine. "Genes called terpene synthases produce an array of aromatic compounds," Whitehill said.</p><p>Some of the <a target="_blank" href="https://cnr.ncsu.edu/news/2021/12/christmas-trees-smell-good"><u>typical compounds</u></a>, known as terpenes, found in firs include pinene (pine), limonene (citrus), myrcene (thyme), phellandrene (mint), and camphene (camphor, a waxy substance made from turpentine). Different species have differing amounts of compounds that contribute to their scent.</p><p>Part of Whitehill's research involves looking into ways to improve Fraser firs' aroma. "We're working towards trying to develop different varietals of Christmas trees just like you would for various components of a wine," he said.</p><h2>Fraser fir</h2><div type="image" title="A man in bright orange coverings on his pants uses a power saw to cut down a Fraser fir Christmas tree" height="1500" width="2097" msid="105497944" hostid="261"></div><p>Whitehill admitted he was biased since he primarily works on Fraser firs, but he said it's "considered to be the perfect Christmas tree."</p><p>In addition to its ability to hang on to its needles after harvest, the tree grows uniformly and has sturdy branches for hanging lights and ornaments, Whitehill said.</p><p>Cregg likes Frasers, too, and tends to gravitate toward them when he's getting a tree for his own home. He noted the dark green foliage and needles with a silvery underside</p><p>"It's just got a real Christmas tree form to it," Cregg said. "It just <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/why-have-christmas-trees-origin-tradition-origin-2017-12">looks like a Christmas tree</a>, and people just like that."</p><p>While Whitehill noted that the tree "smells like the holidays," Cregg said the aroma wasn't as strong as others, like Balsams.</p><p>Some of the compounds in its foliage may produce a piney or even caramel-y scent.</p><h2>Douglas fir</h2><div type="image" title="A highly decorated Douglas fir tree in the Blue Room of the White House" height="1500" width="2250" msid="105497945" hostid="261"></div><p>Douglas firs aren't true firs, Whitehill said. "It's kind of in its own little group."</p><p>The trees are known for being bushy, with dark green or blue-green needles. "They'll have a very dense form to them," Cregg said. "Some people like that; some people don't."</p><p>Heavier ornaments tend to droop on their branches, <a target="_blank" href="https://realchristmastrees.org/all-about-trees/tree-characteristics/">which aren't</a> as sturdy as some other varieties.</p><p>The scent of Douglas firs is distinctive and has been described as earthy, spicy, or sweet.</p><h2>Noble fir</h2><div type="image" title="Two people in masks touch a Noble fir Christmas tree among many other trees" height="1500" width="2233" msid="105497946" hostid="261"></div><p>"The Noble fir is the king up in the northwest," Cregg said. In his opinion, its needle retention is even better than Frasers'.</p><p>Its needles have a bluish tint and have been compared to hockey sticks because of the way they curve. That shape also exposes the branches a bit. "It tends to be a little more open than some other species," Cregg said.</p><p>Based on its compound<u>s</u>, Nobles smell woodsy with perhaps a touch of citrus and mint.</p><h2>Balsam fir</h2><div type="image" title="A man in a Santa hat with a child on his shoulders drags a Balsam fir among many other snow-covered trees" height="1500" width="2729" msid="105497947" hostid="261"></div><p>The main draw of the Balsam fir is its scent, both Whitehill and Bert said.</p><p>"It is a very, very aromatic fir, very similar to the aroma profile of Fraser fir, but it tends to be even stronger," Whitehill said. It's heavy on pine notes.</p><p>Its biggest drawback is it tends to shed its dark-green needles very easily.</p><p>"People really like that scent, and they'll put up with a few needles on the floor to have that," Cregg said.</p><h2>Concolor fir</h2><div type="image" title="A Concolor fir lays on a wagon in front of the White House" height="1674" width="2000" msid="105497949" hostid="261"></div><p>Two things stand out about the concolor fir. Its needles can look almost blue. And it smells like citrus fruit.</p><p>It tends to grow in a pyramid shape. "It's a really interesting-looking tree," Cregg said.</p><p>"If you crush up the needles a little bit, you'll get this really citrusy smell," Cregg said. Some people seek it out just for its scent, he said.</p><p>Whitehill cautioned that the concolor's needle retention might not be as good as other species'.</p><h2>Turkish fir and Nordmann firs</h2><div type="image" title="A 20-foot-high Nordmann Fir Christmas tree stands in St George's Hall." height="1500" width="2306" msid="105497952" hostid="261"></div><p>Some growers are turning to Turkish and Nordmann firs because of their disease resistance, Cregg said. The two are closely related species from <a target="_blank" href="https://www.canr.msu.edu/news/christmas_trees_for_connoisseurs"><u>southeastern Europe</u></a>.</p><p>"They have very, very dark green foliage" and are beautiful trees, Cregg said.</p><p>Nordmanns are a favorite <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/christmas-trees-around-the-world-2016-12">Christmas tree in Europe</a>. With good needle retention and fast growth, these trees <a target="_blank" href="https://news.wsu.edu/press-release/2020/12/17/decade-long-globe-trotting-search-better-christmas-tree/"><u>could become</u></a> more popular in the US in the coming years.</p><h2>Canaan fir</h2><div type="image" title="Two canaan first sit side-by-side outdoors" height="3007" width="2000" msid="105497953" hostid="261"></div><p>Cregg called the Canaan fir "an intermediate" between Balsams and Frasers, meaning it has attributes of both. It keeps its needles a bit better than Balsams and is a little more forgiving for growers than a Frasers, he said.</p><p>Whitehill said that some retailers may label Canaans as Frasers, but their aroma isn't as strong.</p><h2>Scotch (or Scots) pine</h2><div type="image" title="A family of three carries a Scotch or Scots pine tree outside" height="1500" width="2543" msid="105497954" hostid="261"></div><p>Both Whitehill and Cregg noted that Scotch pine isn't as popular as it once was. It's a tree plagued with pest issues, so it can be difficult to grow, Cregg said.</p><p>You can still find them, though. "Christmas is about tradition, and people grew up with a Scotch pine," Cregg said. "There's still a few growers that produce them."</p><p>The tree tends to hang on to its bright green needles. It has distinctive orangish bark and its stiff branches hold ornaments well.</p><h2>White pine</h2><div type="image" title="A white pine tree is loaded onto a truck in Slovakia" height="1500" width="2254" msid="105497955" hostid="261"></div><p>Some pros of the white pine, which is one of Michigan's native trees, are its height and pliable needles. The needles are blue-green and tend to stay put.</p><p>However, its branches can't withstand heavy ornaments. It's a low-scent tree, which might be positive or negative, depending on what you're looking for.</p><h2>Blue spruce</h2><div type="image" title="A greenhouse is full of blue spruce trees" height="1500" width="2263" msid="105497956" hostid="261"></div><p>As their name suggests, blue spruces have distinctive blue-gray needles. "They're pretty trees, but they're very, very prickly," Whitehill said.</p><p>Cregg said you'll want to wear gloves when handling this tree or putting on ornaments. "Some people claim it will keep the cat out of your tree because they're so prickly," he said.</p><p>Those spiky needles and their stiff branches help keep <a target="_blank" href="https://www.canr.msu.edu/news/choosing_the_right_christmas_tree"><u>ornaments</u></a> in place. 9 Tips to Rejuvenate your home during Shravan

<ul class="summary-list"><li>Kamalaya is a resort built on the site of a sacred hermit retreat on the island of Samui in <keyword id="3739" type="COUNTRY" weightage="60" keywordseo="Thailand">Thailand</keyword>.</li><li>I'm a <keyword id="6374697" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="wellness">wellness</keyword> newbie who's waved away words like "holistic" and "self care" for their crunchy-granola vagueness.</li><li>But in December, partially as a response to COVID-era stress, I decided to give the resort a try.</li></ul><p>As soon as I walked into my color therapy session, I was sure I'd made a mistake. </p><p>It was the first day of a week-long stay I'd booked at Kamalaya, a wellness retreat located on an idyllic stretch of beach on Thailand's Samui Island. The resort is sought after for its programs that claim to enhance body and spirit. It's where a certain <keyword id="6356001" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="international">international</keyword> set flies in on private jets to drop thousands of dollars a day on treatments, and here I was being asked to pick a pair of colors that would give me new perspective into my personality.</p><p>My fellow participants did not share my cynicism. The colors they picked reflected the importance of one of the seven chakras. For my part, once I figured out what chakra was, I struggled to make the connection between radiating energy, parts of the body, and picking a vial from a board that wouldn't have been out of place on a cosmetics counter.</p><p>I was, to put it bluntly, not feeling it.</p><p>When it was my turn, the therapist clucked with concern. He said I'd made an unusual choice - powder blue over midnight blue - as his partner scrambled to project a slide about the shades I'd chosen.</p><p>I asked a few polite questions, said good-bye to a woman who was visiting Kamalaya with her mother and brother, and took my leave. I comforted myself with thoughts of the sea views from my private villa and briefly wondered if I could rebook my return flight.</p><p>I'd decided to visit Kamalaya in December during what would have been, in an ordinary year, the beginning of the resort's busy season. I've been reading more and more that especially in these uncertain times, people don't know where to look for support, or realize that they could use a helping hand. Even here in Thailand, where life goes on much as it did before despite the pandemic, we are coping with altered routines, worrying about finances and job security, and coming to terms with being separated from loved ones.</p><p>The <a href="https://www.apa.org/monitor/jun05/helping">American Psychological Association</a> points to dozens of studies that say men are on average less in tune with their needs and less likely to seek help. And urban professionals with their fast-lane lives come with their own baggage. I checked a lot of these boxes.</p><p>Before my stay, I'd always waved away words like "holistic" and "self care" for their crunchy-granola vagueness. And while that may attitude may have been tinged with a whiff of masculine pride, I also accept that I am a wellness newbie and that I'm coming to terms with change.</p><p>I was curious. What did I have to lose?</p><div type="image" title="1waterfront" height="1875" width="2500" msid="82177581" hostid="261"></div><h2>Spoiled for choice</h2><p>Things started to look up later in the day after a physical exam called "bioelectrical impedance analysis" and my consultation with a naturopath who crafted my program for the week. I began to understand that I had a lot of choices, and didn't need to embrace them all.</p><p>Spread across 4.1 hectares, Kamalaya has 76 rooms, suites, and villas, many with their own pools. The resort is certified by the Thai Safety and Health Administration that enforces COVID-19 prevention protocols, but given the sheer amount of space and the fact that many public areas are in the open air, social distancing was never an issue during my stay. More than once, I soaked in one of the hot tubs scattered around the wellness sanctuary, with nothing but the vast expanse of sea in front of me.</p><div type="image" title="1view" height="1875" width="2500" msid="82177582" hostid="261"></div><p>When you're ready to socialize, every day at Kamalaya includes group activities from meditation to aqua gym, from tea tastings to Muay Thai. You can take a healthy cooking class or tour the shrines scattered across the property. </p><p>On top of that, you can pick treatments and sessions tailored to your personal needs. Options range from sessions inspired by Ayurvedic to traditional Chinese medicine, from Reiki to one-on-one counseling and, yes, to in-depth color therapy.</p><p>I left the consultation with a full schedule, a suggestion to visit the steam room and icy plunge pool, and a reminder that the restaurant menus include balanced, detox, and vegetarian options.</p><p>I was concerned that I might find a wellness menu a little boring. I didn't. It's healthy, tasty, and generously served. Pro tip No. 1: If you are a savory breakfast person, look for the heady kedgeree and the millet congee. I'd order a half portion of each. Pro tip No. 2: If you need a cheat day, there is an off-menu chocolate lava cake that can be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance (but you didn't hear it from me). </p><div type="image" title="1food" height="1500" width="2000" msid="82177583" hostid="261"></div><h2>Finding shelter</h2><p>With my schedule set, I started to explore the grounds.</p><p>Kamalaya is built on a steep slope. An infinity pool sits near the top of the hill, above the hall used for meditation and a second open-air one used for yoga. At the base of the hill is the beach and the expanse of the Gulf of Thailand.</p><p>There's a sense of calm here that some people attribute to the spiritual roots of the site: For hundreds of years, Buddhist hermits came to meditate in a cave halfway up the hill in what was then hard-to-access jungle.</p><p>Kamalaya cofounder John Stewart's <a href="https://www.kamalaya.com/spa-resort-thailand/">story</a> is well-known in the resort: He traveled alone to India as a teen and became a monk for 16 years before falling in love with his wife and cofounder Karina and eventually becoming a hotelier with a mission. While I knew the backstory, making my own pilgrimage to the cave wasn't high on my list. The universe was about to decide otherwise.</p><p>On my second morning at Kamalaya, I visited the beach. I was walking back up the hill in the sunshine after taking a few seascape pictures. Within minutes the wind was whipping, the sky had clouded over, and I found myself caught in a tropical storm. That's when I looked up and saw the path to the hermits' cave. </p><p>Some people might read something into a skeptic being forced to take shelter from a storm in a spiritual shrine. I wouldn't call it an epiphany, but I did find myself alone at the mouth of the cave, contemplating the outside world, candles flickering beside me. I jabbed at my phone but deep in the rock there was no signal. And so the busy urbanite was forced to commune with nature and his surroundings.</p><p>And he liked it.</p><div type="image" title="1cave" height="1500" width="2000" msid="82177584" hostid="261"></div><h2>Embracing a little change</h2><p>After that, letting go was easier.</p><p>I tried meditation and breathing exercises and finally understood why I disliked meditating with someone who instructs you to "let go of your problems," calling to mind exactly the things you are trying to forget. At Kamalaya, I learned a better way: Slowing my breathing to concentrate on nothing but the steady flow of air was enough to make my worldly cares fade into the background.</p><div type="image" title="1temple" height="1875" width="2500" msid="82177586" hostid="261"></div><p>I had picked a potluck of treatments, many of which I'd never even heard of. Myofascial release turned out to be a stretchy, pressure-packed workout pretending to be a massage. Kati vasti involves hot aromatic oil being directed onto one part of the body (in my case the lower back) and held in place by a ring of raw dough. My marma point massage, which like kati vasti comes from ancient Ayurvedic traditions, was a whole body acupressure session. And in a mentoring session, I touched on personal subjects from betrayal and anger to a classic look into childhood.</p><p>I also found myself more open to others during my stay than I ordinarily would be. I ended up chatting every day with the woman from color therapy. She was concerned that the mentoring session she'd booked would be too upsetting and wanted to cancel it. I assured her she wouldn't be forced to share anything she was uncomfortable with. She went, got emotional anyway, and was grateful that she did. Her brother, who had the very pragmatic goal of losing five kilos, did just that.</p><p>Out of the blue while I was at Kamalaya, an acquaintance messaged me asking for some business advice. Within minutes this man - who I'd only ever met in person twice - was telling me about the end of an unhealthy relationship he'd been in. I'd just come from a meditation session that echoed some of the things he already knew but needed to hear. Was that coincidence? Maybe. But in that moment he sensed he could open up to me.</p><div type="image" title="2view" height="1080" width="1440" msid="82177589" hostid="261"></div><p>On the day that I left Kamalaya, I received a print-out of some basic Pranayama breathing exercises that I worked on in a couple of sessions during my stay. They are said to give you energy in the morning, concentration for your work day, and relaxation for bed. I was surprised to see how easy it was to make the exercises part of my daily routine.</p><p>I see why people who have stayed at Kamalaya get a twinkle in their eye when they talk about it. There is something special about the place. I spent a week at a wellness retreat in Thailand this winter to see if it would help me cope with stress and come to terms with change in the middle of the pandemic

<p>The biggest mistake a novice can make when smoking a cigar is to use a Zippo lighter, s<span style="line-height: 1.5em;">aid Michael Herklots, world-class tobacconist and&#xa0;VP of retail and brand development at&#xa0;</span><a href="http://natsherman.com/">Nat Sherman, a cigar emporium in midtown Manhattan</a><span style="line-height: 1.5em;">.&#xa0;</span></p>
<p>Mangling the head, screwing up the cut&#xa0;<span class="st">-&#xa0;</span>those are manageable mistakes. Sparking up the prized cigar with a Zippo on the other hand&#xa0;<span class="st">-&#xa0;</span>that's a catastrophic mistake, Michael told us.&#xa0;</p>
<p>When a smoker lights his cigar with a Zippo, he's not 100% sure of the fuel that's being used. Butane is okay. It's odorless and free of oil. It won't jeopardize the integrity or taste of the cigar.&#xa0;</p>
<p>But some Zippos don't use butane. They're a bit more of a wild-card in terms of fuel usage. Some use low-grade, odorous fuels&#xa0;<span class="st">-&#xa0;</span>like fuels made by Ronson&#xa0;<span class="st">-&#xa0;</span>that will greatly taint your cigar.&#xa0;</p>
<p>Try not to use candles to light your cigar, either. Herklots warned that any foreign substance entering your cigar is undesirable. A vanilla candle can compromise the taste of your tobacco blend.&#xa0;</p>
<p>The best way to burn? A basic box of phosphorous matches should get the job done, as will non-aromatic and clean butane lighters.</p>
<p><span>Herklots suggests asking for a match box, taking two matches, and then lighting them against the striker. Once this is done, place the cigar in your mouth and delicately puff on it while lighting the uncut end. With your free hand, rotate the cigar so it doesn't light unevenly. </span></p>
<p><span>When the outer rim of tobacco begins to glow, you're good. Blow out the match and enjoy.</span></p>

For example, Boehner touts a decorative display made from reindeer antlers he received from former Michigan Rep. Kerry Bentivolio, a rancher who lost his primary race earlier this year.</p>
<p>"Reindeer shed their antlers naturally, so no animals were harmed in the creation of this mantlepiece," the email said. </p>

<p>"Speaker Boehner can often be found counting his steps with the help of his fitness band, but he has never actually been spotted using this walking stick, which remains in the corner of his office," his office said.</p>

It's thick without being too heavy, so it keeps you nice and warm when you hop out of the shower, but it doesn't smother you with heat. That's because this robe isn't made with a thick fleece, but rather 100% long-staple Turkish Cotton, a premium material that's equally soft and absorbent. Before the robe even gets to you, Brooklinen washes it with enzymes that act as softening agents so you get that just-washed, soft feeling immediately. </p><p>I already had a robe before getting this one. It was a terry cloth, fleece-lined thing that I loved wearing to lounge around, but when I tried to use it in place of a towel I was unimpressed. It barely helped me dry off and I was left with a robe that would stay damp for hours. As I mentioned before, it's absorbent. If you want to get technical, it has 380 GSM (grams per square meter), which refers to the towel's density. The more dense, the more absorbent, and in this case 380 GSM is pretty substantial.</p><p>If you're not one for technicalities and would prefer a more personal anecdote, I've been using this robe in place of my usual towels and it does an exceptional job. Not only does the robe absorb water faster than my usual towels, but it dries super fast, so you can count on it keeping you toasty and warm - not chilly and wet.</p><p>Another important thing to note is that this robe is Oeko-Tex certified, which means it's been tested and is made without harmful chemicals or production processes. If you're going to be wrapping your body in something, it's nice to know it's totally safe.</p><p>It's clear that Brooklinen paid attention to all the tiniest details when designing this piece. There are just three unisex sizes to choose from - XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL - as well as only three neutral colors. I opted for an XS/S in Smoke, a light gray-ish blue color, which fits just right. There's a sturdy waist tie which helps adjust the robe's fit, whether you want it looser or tighter at any given moment. The sleeves are cuffed at the edges, though you can uncuff or cuff them even higher if you find the sleeves to be too long or too short. There's a piped collar which you can really bundle up in for some extra warmth. According to a study by <keyword id="6355988" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Assocham">ASSOCHAM</keyword>, companies have upped their budget for festive spending and corporate gifting by nearly 15% over last year.<br />
	<br /> “A slight rise in consumer confidence together with improved job security, a perceptive improvement in business sentiment and festive optimism has encouraged India Inc. to loosen the purse strings as majority of companies have increased their budget for festive spending for clients and employees by about 10-15 per cent this Diwali,” said <keyword id="547365" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="DS-Rawat">DS Rawat</keyword>, general secretary of the chamber.<br />

	He added, “Besides, majority of companies are planning to substitute traditional gift options with Diwali exclusive pre-paid cards which seems to be emerging as the most preferred gifting solution for corporate sector”.<br />

	Rawat noted the fact that companies are willing to increase their budget for festive spending is an indication of the rise in the consumer sentiments, which has been down over the last few years.<br />

	 “India Inc. has been cutting back its corporate gift budgets significantly, however, it seems to be getting generous this festive season owing to growing expectations of an economic turnaround and a positive business outlook for trade and industry,” averred Rawat.<br />

The companies are opting for e-commerce websites for placing bulk orders for gadgets as these online portals are offering huge discounts on them.<br />

<p>We just got a press release announcing Robuchon's line of "interior scents" <span class="st">—</span> candles, room sprays, and scented oils.</p>
<p>While the last thing we'd ever want is for our home to smell like a restaurant kitchen <span class="st">—</span> which was what we imagined when we read the subject line <span class="st">—</span> Robuchon's five fragrances actually sound kind of tasty.</p>
<p>Here are the descriptions:</p>
<p><strong> Chocolat Sensation</strong>: Seduction through the simplicity of a pure grand cru chocolate. A masterful aria of intense bitter dark chocolate, lightened with soft notes of flowers and spices. Sinfully aromatic!<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Givre Menthe Thé Vert: </strong>A subtle blend of green tea and wild mint in a most delicate fragrance. Fascinatingly fresh!<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Infiniment Vanille: </strong>A voluptuous and exotic garden, rich with the scent of woody vanilla. A wonderful ode to vanilla in its infinite olfactory splendor.<strong></strong></p>
