Kher took to Twitter to share the news and posted a photo from the sets of the upcoming movie. "Announcing my 534th film! #TheVaccineWar directed by @vivekagnihotri. Fascinating and Inspirational! Jai Hind!" the 67-year-old actor posted. Agnihotri, who attained commercial success with last year's film "The Kashmir Files", had announced "The Vaccine War" in November 2022 and also unveiled the official poster of the film. The company has fixed a price band of ₹553-555 a share for its IPO. The three-day public issue will close on March 16. It plans to use the funds to repay its debt partly. As of September, the company had a total debt of ₹814.48 crore, and it plans to repay at least ₹556.20 crore in debt. The Surat-based company has reserved about 2.20 lakh shares for employees. Half of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35% for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional bidders. Anupam Rasayan commenced operations in 1984 with conventional products, and now it makes speciality chemicals that involve multi-step synthesis and complex chemistries. Anupam Rasayan’s business has two verticals — life science related to speciality chemicals and other speciality chemicals. Anupam Rasayan’s ₹760 crore IPO is set to open on Monday — price band for the issue at ₹553-555 per share

PrimeMover Mobility Technologies, a Gurugram based startup, which owns and operates self-drive car rental platform <keyword id="3018623" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Revv">Revv</keyword>, has raised $9 million in equity and debt financing. 
 
According to an official statement released by the company, the proceeds from Series A round will be used for launching its services in fresh markets , develop new products, and to come up with proprietary technology to enhance customer experience. 
 The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but it follows the Rs 160 crore raised by bigger rival <keyword id="6368965" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="ZoomCar">Zoomcar</keyword> in a round led by Ford Smart Mobility, a subsidiary of <keyword id="64455" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Ford-Motor-Company">Ford Motor Company</keyword>, earlier in August. 
 "The number of people giving up traditional assownership is set to grow exponentially. The rise of taxi-hailing apps has been an important market-creator, weaning people away from traditional car ownership. The key would be to address the highly varied needs of a shared-mobility user, through a suite of products tailored for each need," <keyword id="358005" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Anupam-Agarwal">Anupam Agarwal</keyword>, co-founder, Revv said in a statement. 
 
According to the press release, a major amount used for developing technological capabilities on two-sided sharing platforms, predictive inventory management, dynamic pricing and driver behaviour monitoring. 
 The funding round is a mix of equity and debt funding, the latter from financing partners such as Mahindra &amp; Mahindra Financial Services; and vehicle leasing from <keyword id="656315" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="LeasePlan-India">LeasePlan India</keyword>. 
 "We believe that Revv's approach to creating use-case based products will meet customers' needs without compromising the convenience and flexibility of owning the vehicle, while allowing for better utilization of assets on the supply side," said <keyword id="2863114" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Pranav-Parikh">Pranav Parikh</keyword>, managing partner, Edelweiss <keyword id="34499" type="POSITION" weightage="20" keywordseo="private-equity">Private Equity</keyword>.

Self-drive car rental startup Revv raises $9 million

One more day and Delhi will be back again with its traffic. Though it is yet to be determined if the policy made any significant changes in the pollution level of the state (the main cause of introducing the policy), it did decrease the traffic on road and made travel a hassle-free experience for most. And, not to forget the new initiatives and apps launched by companies and start-ups to come to the rescue of the people.

 “We are giving very big discounts, 100% off for first ride and 20% off for 5 rides. We saw 4x growth in response within the first four days itself. We are enrolling more autos on a daily basis to meet the demand. Delhi has crazy demand for autorickshaws,” said Samar Singla, CEO and Founder, <keyword id="2885078" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Jugnoo">Jugnoo</keyword>, an autorickshaw aggregating app. 

	Surveys did show that most of the people preferred public transport more than carpooling options. However, carpooling companies saw a stark difference in their demand too.
 “We witnessed 30% jump in Delhi-NCR traffic. There was an incremental number of intra-city traffic. Infact, our app was listed second in Google playstore in the odd even rides list,” said Dinesh Golani, Co-founder, <keyword id="3206623" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Ibibo-Ryde">Ibibo Ryde</keyword> (Director - Product/Marketing), a carpooling app. Apart from ride sharing and autorickshaw aggregators, self-drive car rental companies too benefitted from the policy. <keyword id="3018623" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Revv">Revv</keyword> launched a special package ‘Revv to Work’ to enable a customer to book a car for all the weekdays at a substantially lower price than the normal days cost. “We are witnessing anecdotal evidence of the <keyword id="3164660" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Odd-Even-Rule">odd even rule</keyword> creating a demand in itself,” said Anupam Agarwal, Co-founder &amp; CEO, Revv. 

	This odd-even rule sure did wonders to their business. For the third consecutive year, Texas Executive Education at The McCombs School of Business hosted 50 students from the Indian Institute of Management in Indore. 
 <keyword id="150302" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="IIM-Indore">IIM Indore</keyword>, a top-five business school located in Madhya Pradesh, sent their best and brightest for a five-week Custom Program focused on analytics for business excellence. The students from the <keyword id="1161218" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Executive-Post-Graduate-Programme">Executive Post Graduate Programme</keyword> in Management of IIM Indore also brought laurels to their institute by winning various competitions which were organized in Red McCombs School of Business. 
 EPGP participant <keyword id="3821817" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="ayush-khaitan">Ayush Khaitan</keyword> participated in a <keyword id="1604076" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="hackathon">Hackathon</keyword> and his team won the 2nd prize. Hackathon is a competition which requires coming up with a working solution to some existing problem using an existing technology, in a limited time. This Hackathon was organised by Moovel, a subsidiary of well-known Diamler Group. Ayush participated in the 48 hour non-stop session which required the use of technology to solve a problem in the mobility domain. 
 
Participants also took part in an IIM Indore/UT Austin Social Media Analytics Challenge 2016. Social Media Analytics is an exciting new field which can help a marketer in many ways such as planning a marketing campaign, predicting an election’s result, forecasting sales using the data from social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. Akhil Jhingan, Anjani Kumar Sinha, Anupam Singh, Himanshu Makkar, Gaurav Tyagi and Eshana G won the first prize in the challenge. They presented their work on giving suggestions to HR for an enhanced employee satisfaction, IIM Indore officials said. 
 Ankur Jain, Gourav Arora, Samir Singh, Shantanu Roy, Vaibhav Agarwal and <keyword id="2089006" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Vaibhav-Singhal">Vaibhav Singhal</keyword> won the second prize in the event. They worked on designing a social media campaign for a hypothetical political party for upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. 
 
Another team comprising of Himanshu Bhatia, Rupak Laskar, Kirthirani, Prashant Mishra and Sandeep Reddy bagged ‘honourable mention award’ in the event and they analysed the dynamics of start-up culture in India. 
 
Notably. IIM-Indore has a tie-up with McCombs School of Business, wherein the EPGP participants complete one semester while staying at the University campus and are taught by the some of the most imminent professors.

The government's initiative to fast track start-ups patent applications is a very beneficial move to encourage start-ups. “The Prime Minister’s announcement of the Startup Policy had quite a few important and measurable benefits that the startups can gain from. Most importantly, the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister outlined a change in the principle approach of the government towards the economy – that the government wants to stay away from deciding and directing on what needs to be done. Instead, the Government looks at a policy of arm’s length enablement. This stand is a bold new change in the government policy and disruptive in its own right. 
 
Venture debt was miserably missing in the ecosystem. Startups have only been used to equity as a mode of capital. GREX is completely poised to launch venture debt in a few weeks’ time. 	Also as rightly said by Anisha Singh, it’s important that women entrepreneurs should be looked upon as entrepreneurs, not just women entrepreneurs. It’s our work that should get noticed not our gender. However the change is need of time and to give this equality government has to encourage women entrepreneur. It’s good to see that certain provisions are made where there are funds allocations for women entrepreneur. Ecosystem is getting changed and allowing more women to work, which is a highlight of Start-Up India Initiative. Apart from this startup sector becoming unregulated will be better for the sector. Instead of looking at Singapore, we will now have our ecosystem in India. Hoping the budget session will further revolutionize the startups in India. Now the only concern will be 'Sell it India" that is a challenge that needs to be addressed next.<o:p></o:p>
