<p>Farrow is the <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/ronan-farrow-in-talks-to-host-his-own-msnbc-show-2013-10" target="_blank">accomplished son</a> of actress Mia Farrow and either <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/frank-sinatra-may-be-father-of-mia-farrow-and-woody-allens-son-ronan-2013-10" target="_blank">Woody Allen or Frank Sinatra</a>.</p>
<p>Farrow <a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/official-ronan-farrow-host-msnbc-648996" target="_blank">announced the news</a> Wednesday:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span>"This is a new generation of news show for a new, more engaged generation of viewers. It's a show about why the news matters to you - and what you can do to be a part of the story. I'm excited to shake up people's expectations for cable news."</span></p>
<p>Showing his witty side once again, Farrow joked he also took the job "<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.5em;">to get a ton of Twitter followers."</span></p>
<p>Farrow's show is <span>still in development but will debut in early 2014. </span><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.5em;">He will also contribute to both MSNBC's website and other NBC News platforms.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.5em;">Farrow further told <a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/official-ronan-farrow-host-msnbc-648996" target="_blank">The Hollywood Reporter</a> of his vision for the show: </span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span>"I think what people crave is more involvement in the story. There has been a democratization of information. But what they still crave, and what I crave as a TV viewer, is a guide on how people can have agency in the story. And this show is all about empowering people to do that. People want a return to real democracy. They want to respond to these events [in Washington] that there is so much frustration about."</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.5em;">Despite Farrow's limited TV experience, <span>MSNBC president </span>Phil Griffin is <a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/official-ronan-farrow-host-msnbc-648996" target="_blank">singing the young man's praises</a>:</span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.5em;"><span><span>"Within 20 minutes I just knew that he had a certain presence and confidence. He knew what he wanted to say. I just had a sense that the guy could do it. Whatever that thing is that enables people to communicate really well, he had it. We're always trying evolve the message here and how to get ideas across. And he was an original thinker. And that's the most important thing."</span></span></span></p>

25-Year-Old Ronan Farrow Lands 'New Generation Of News Show' At MSNBC

<p>The company has received a secretly recorded video of Reilly having sex with his girlfriend. And the private detective that Reilly hired to figure out who had planted a camera inside his apartment is in a Chinese prison, where he has made <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/china-business/10267827/British-investigator-admits-wrongdoing-on-Chinese-TV.html">a ritualistic forced confession on Chinese TV.</a></p>
<p>Meanwhile, an as-yet anonymous whistleblower is sending GSK executives stunning emails claiming that <a href="http://uk.reuters.com/article/2014/06/29/uk-gsk-china-idUKKBN0F40YR20140629">GSK paid up to £283 million in bribes</a> to Chinese doctors to prescribe its medicines.</p>
<p>A<a href="http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/business/Companies/article1427786.ece"> stunning piece of reporting in the London Sunday Times</a> shows that Reilly and the detective may well be innocent, victims of corruption in China's security apparatus and the country's own need to demonstrate that it is doing something to fight corruption.</p>
<p>The U.K. Serious Fraud Office opened an investigation into the bribery allegations in May, <a href="The%20UK's%20Serious%20Fraud%20Office%20in%20May%20">according to the Financial Times</a>. A U.S. probe may follow, presumably under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Criminal charges may be filed.</p>
<p>The story starts in 2012, according to the Sunday Times, when 23 anonymous emails were sent to Chinese authorities alleging that doctors were being bribed with the knowledge of GSK management there.</p>
<p>Inside GSK, management suspected that Vivian Shi, the company's head of government affairs, sent the emails. There was no evidence, but GSK investigated her travel expenses and eventually she left the company sometime after October 2012 along with her boss, John Lepore, who joined media group Reed Elsevier as head global government affairs. (There are no allegations of wrongdoing against Lepore or Shi. Neither of them immediately returned a message from Business Insider requesting comment.)</p>
<p>At that point, GSK asked Reilly to take over GSK China even though he did not speak Chinese. This is what happened next, <a href="http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/business/Companies/article1427786.ece">according to The Sunday Times</a>:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">ON JANUARY 16 last year the allegations returned, but closer to home. A bombshell email landed in the inboxes of 13 executives at Glaxo and two people at PwC, its auditor. This time it was in perfect English.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Sent by "gskwhistleblow-er@gmail.com", it was headlined: "Notification of bribery by GSK in China."</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">The allegations were extensive and granular in detail. The whistleblower alleged Glaxo falsified its books and records to conceal illegal marketing practices. It allegedly operated a "pervasive cash advance bribery scheme" under which a Citibank (China) account was used to send £1,000 a month to the bank accounts of Chinese sales staff. They spent the money on entertainment, gifts and cash payments, the whistleblower alleged.</p>
<p>Twenty Chinese staff were fired, the whistleblower claimed. GSK says it investigated the claims, but could not verify them. "While some fraudulent behaviour relating to expense claims was found, we did not at that time find evidence to substantiate the specific allegations," <a href="http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/business/Companies/article1427786.ece">the company said</a>.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/pharmaceuticalsandchemicals/10934381/Undercover-sex-tape-deepens-GSKs-China-scandal.html">The company told The Telegraph</a>: "We have zero tolerance for any kind of corruption in our business and … we take action against any breaches."</p>
<p>On March 16, 2013, GSK's London-based CEO Andrew Witty received an email containing a video of Reilly having sex with his girlfriend in his apartment, part of a gated development that had passcards for access and closed-circuit TV for security. After some meetings at GSK's HQ in London, Reilly was given permission to hire Peter Humphrey, 58, a private detective who ran his own firm, Chinawhys. He was assigned to investigate Vivian Shi and her connections to the Chinese government. But Humphreys was not told about the existence of the sex video, nor the whistleblower emails, until much later - in late June 2013.</p>
<p>By July 8, Humphrey became convinced that the allegations were credible, The Sunday Times says. But on July 10, Humphrey and his Chinese-American wife were arrested by Chinese officials and have been held in detention ever since.</p>
<p>In August 2013, <a href="http://english.cntv.cn/program/newshour/20130827/102867.shtml">Humphrey made a forced confession on Chinese TV to accessing private information on Chinese citizens illegally</a>.</p>
<p>Reilly returned to China in an attempt to clear his name but on May 14, 2014, was charged by the Chinese with "presiding over a web of corruption," according to The Sunday Times - even though he had been the person originally sent to China to clear it up.</p>

<p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>Twitter.com/MarinShkreli</span></p><p class="caption">Turing CEO Martin Shkreli.</p></div><p></p></div></div>Turing Pharmaceuticals has defended its $750 per pill price tag for critical drug Daraprim since it <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/martin-shkreli-of-turing-twitter-2015-9">came under fire in late September</a>.</p><p>Daraprim, a 62-year-old, daily treatment that's used to treat malaria and parasitic infections in patients with weak immune systems, was previously priced at $13.50 a pill.</p><p>The price hike drew the attention - and ire - of people including Democratic presidential candidate <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/a-62-year-old-drug-just-rose-in-price-by-5455-and-its-getting-hillary-clintons-attention-2015-9">Hillary Clinton</a> and numerous <a href="http://www.hivma.org/uploadedFiles/HIVMA/HomePageContent/PyrimethamineLetterFINAL.pdf">medical groups</a>.</p><p>After hearing of the price hike, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) and Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) wrote a <span><a href="http://www.sanders.senate.gov/download/sanders-cummings-letter-to-turing?inline=file">letter</a> to Turing <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/martin-shkreli-never-responded-to-bernie-sanders-about-turing-2015-10">requesting that the company</a></span><span> hand over information about the company and its revenues for the sale of the drugs as well as the identities of individuals in the company responsible for the change in price.</span></p><p>In an Oct. 30 letter responding to Cummings and Sanders, Turing Chief Commercial Officer Nancy Retzlaff wrote, "To the best of our knowledge there are currently no instances for which a patient has actually paid the WAC [wholesale acquisition cost] of $750/tablet for the product."</p><p>So who is shouldering that new cost?</p><h2>How price-gouging works</h2><p>Turing isn't the only company that's suddenly jacked up the cost of certain drugs: In fact, it's <a href="http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-10-02/pfizer-raised-prices-on-133-drugs-this-year-and-it-s-not-alone">often considered common practice</a>, Bloomberg reports. </p><p>In general, it works like this: D<span>ifferent access plans add up to a cost that's fronted by consumers, which typically ends up getting paid via premiums, or the amount of money you and your employer pay every month for your health insurance. </span></p><h2>The case of Daraprim</h2><h3>"For certain patient populations that qualify for charitable coverage, the cost of Daraprim is $0."</h3><p>For certain populations, who are uninsured and meet Turing's <a href="http://www.turingpharma.com/media/press-release?headline=turing-pharmaceuticals-llc-announces-improvements-in-daraprim-accessibility-and-affordability">financial need criteria</a>, Turing picks up the tab for Daraprim. Because the drug costs so little to make, Turing can still make money without charging these people for it. Shkreli told Bloomberg TV in the first few days of the drug price craze, "<a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/martin-shkreli-defends-daraprim-price-2015-9">Half of our drug we give away for $1</a>."</p><p>The other half of people who need the drug, however, are still left paying the full price - if only in some capacity.</p><p>Dr. David Belck, a primary care physician who also runs the site <a href="http://truecostofhealthcare.net/">Truecostofhealthcare.net</a>, told Business Insider that it's the same thing as charging $30 for a ball point pen. Ball point pens only cost 10 cents a piece, but if you can get a few people to pay the full $30, you can still make a profit and give the rest of your product away for free.</p><h3>"For government programs like Medicaid and Public Health Service (PHS)/340B programs, the cost of Daraprim is $0.01 per tablet."</h3><p>Turing also picks up the theoretical tab for patients using Medicaid, the federal and state-funded health insurance program for low-income people and places enrolled in <a href="http://www.hrsa.gov/opa/">Public Health Service programs</a>, which mandates that drug companies supply medications to eligible clinics, hospitals, and AIDS Drug Assistance programs at significantly discounted prices. Government organizations like these can negotiate the price they'll pay for certain drugs, and in this case, brought it down to this one-cent-per-tablet price tag.</p><p>Unfortunately, that's part of the problem when it comes to overall drug pricing: "There's no transparency between the list price and what's actually being paid," GlaxoSmithKline CEO <a href="http://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2015-11-03/glaxosmithkline-ceo-more-transparency-needed-in-drug-pricing">Andrew Witty said on Bloomberg TV</a> Tuesday. "There are enormous discounts. Even the federal government, Medicaid gets a mandated 23.8% discount, So the government only pays 76% of the list price before it starts." </p><p>So while Daraprim's listing price may be $750 a pill, the other stakeholders (pharmacies, insurers, government agencies, etc.), all influence how much the patient actually pays. And as far as who is negotiating which discount, that isn't something that's shared publicly.</p><h3>"Turing opted to maintain the price ($7.13 per tablet) previously negotiated by Amedra with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense."</h3><p>Because Amedra, a company that once had US marketing rights to Daraprim, previously took down the drug's price tag for the VA and DOD, the agencies are continuing to supply their patients with the discounted price. Turing chose to leave the discounted price tag in part because it was a contractual agreement.</p><h3><strong>"For patients that have Commercial (private) insurance and are unable to afford the product, Turing has implemented a copay mitigation program."</strong></h3><p>If a patient doesn't qualify to get the drug free, have it paid for by insurance, or through one of the other options above, Turing says there are still ways to keep costs down. Copay mitigation, with Turing's help, keeps the cost payed by the patient as low as $10 per prescription. In the case of most drug companies, however, this isn't the case, according to Belk.</p><p>That's because insurance companies must pay whatever the pharmacy pays to get the drug, said Belk. <span style="font-weight: 400;">And that can come back to consumers in their health insurance premiums. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this case, the insurance company is footing the $750 per pill bill. And, if the insurance company refuses to cover the drug, the patient is likely to pay whatever the price is for access to the treatment. Insurance companies will sometimes refuse to cover medications doctors prescribe <a href="https://www.healthcare.gov/using-marketplace-coverage/prescription-medications/">for various reasons</a> (there are cheaper alternatives, other drugs are more effective, etc.). If that happens, your choices are to fight the decision and get an exemption, or suck it up and pay the entire cost out of pocket.</span></p><h2>What this boils down to</h2><p>All of these different access plans add up to a cost that's fronted by consumers, if only mostly through the premiums on their health insurance. But it's a long and convoluted road to get there. Discounts and deals happen all the time among the health care system, from supplier to pharmacy, to pharmacy benefits manager or insurance company, to the patient. And that information isn't as transparent as it could be.</p><p>The bottom line is, someone is paying the inflated cost that comes with skyrocketing drug prices. Turing Pharmaceuticals claims no patients are actually paying the full $750/pill for Daraprim - here's who foots the bill instead

<p>When someone gets appointed CEO of a major company, there are usually a number of hopefuls who are passed over. If they're internal executives, the snub likely stings, but they also become attractive candidates for other companies looking for a leader - especially since they're unlikely to land the top job at their current employer any time soon.</p>
<p>Here are some execs who lost out on, or got pushed out of, the top job at one company, only to rise at another, making their former employer think twice about the decision it made.</p>
<p><strong>David Cote, CEO of Honeywell</strong></p>

He's actually outperformed Immelt as the head of Honeywell, a large defense contractor, where he's created a tightly streamlined corporation out of what was a random group of companies.</p>

Dimon went on to lead Bank One, which was bought by JPMorgan, and eventually became CEO of that bank. Though the company's been in trouble lately, it weathered the financial crisis better than other major banks.</p>

He was passed over in 2001 for the CEO job in favor of Glenn Britt, who only recently stepped down. Rutledge is now the CEO of Charter, which recently took over Cablevision, and is in the middle of <a href="http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-01-16/charter-s-time-warner-cable-bid-puts-rutledge-in-dealmaker-role.html">an aggressive bid</a> for the company that originally snubbed him.</p>

<p><strong>Ron Sugar, former CEO of Northrup Grumman</strong></p>

Not long after that move, the man he lost the job to at TRW quit, sending the stock price way down. That allowed Northrop to buy TRW out, and Sugar ended up leading the combined company for six years.</p>

<p><strong>Chris Viehbacher, CEO of Sanofi-Aventis</strong></p>

The job eventually went to Andrew Witty, and Viehbacher left the company soon after. When he took over Sanofi in late 2008, the company was in pretty deep trouble. <p>So, instead, I'll do something different, I'll make a recommendation for an iPhone app. </p>
<p>For the longest time I used ESPN's ScoreCenter app. I really did not like the app, but stuck with it because every time I checked the alternatives I was underwhelmed. </p>
<p>I finally cracked a few weeks ago and downloaded 4-5 other sports scores apps from the App Store. <span style="line-height: 1.5em;">After some light testing, I decided that The Score was the my favorite of the bunch.</span></p>
<p>After a month of using The Score, I stand by my decision. It's best looking, easiest to use sports scores app that I've seen.</p>
<p>I only have two complaints: The name is bad, and I wish I could pay $5 for the app to get rid of the ugly banner ads. Other than that, it's great.</p>

<p>I am currently 30-29-3 on the year. A winning record, but not a record you can make money on. Not yet anyway. Last week was my best week ever going 4-1-1. Let's see if we can keep it rolling this week. </p>

<p>The Browns are not as terrible as everyone thinks. They're not <em>good</em> but they're not <em>horrible.</em><em> </em>The Bengals, on the other hand, have been decimated by injury, and are inconsistent. In a division game, I like the points here. </p>
<p><strong>The pick: Browns +6 </strong></p>
<p><em>That means I think the Browns either win, or they lose by 6 or less. (Just add 6 to their final score, and hopefully it will be higher than the Bengals.)</em></p>

<p>Is it possible that Colin Kaepernick isn't as great as everyone thought? From the emergent QB-class of last year, I would rank them in this order: 1. Andrew Luck 2. Russell Wilson 3. RG III 4. Kaepernick. It's possible he's just having a sophomore slump, or it could be that the 49ers have no receivers. Whatever the case is, I can't take the 49ers here. The Saints are great at home, so I love them in this game. </p>

<p>The Packers are starting Scott Tolzein, formerly of the scout team. The Giants aren't good, but I think they're good enough to handle Tolzein, so I'm going to take big blue here. </p>

<p>Are the Chiefs the least respected 9-0 team in history? This line is nuts. The Chiefs defense is going to be good enough to hound Peyton Manning. I don't think the Chiefs are Super Bowl-bound, but I think they're good enough to at the very least cover the spread in this game. Take the points!</p>
<p><strong>The pick: Chiefs +8</strong></p>
<p><em>This means I like the Chiefs to win, or lose by 8 or less. Tack on 8 points to the Chiefs' final score, and voila, the Chiefs should have a bigger number than the Broncos.<strong><br /></strong></em></p>
<h2>The New England Patriots are on the road against the Carolina Panthers, who are 2.5 point favorites.</h2>
<p>Ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh, ugh. Not a fan of picking this game. The line is begging you to take the Patriots, which means it's a sucker's bet to pick the Pats. The Pats are 7-2, coming off a bye, and now have a healthy Gronk to help out Brady. The last time we saw the Pats, they scored 55 on the Steelers. But, the Panthers have one of the best defenses in the league, the kind of defense that can get after Brady and screw him up. Everything about this game makes me think the Panthers are the pick, but I just can't do it. Give me Brady and the points. </p>
<p>The pick: Patriots +2.5</p>

<p>In the 15 minutes before you're about to give a big, important presentation, it's too late to change the content of your speech, says Darlene Price, president, of <a href="http://www.wellsaid.com/" target="_blank">Well Said, Inc.</a> and author of "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/Well-Said-Presentations-Conversations-Results/dp/0814417876" target="_blank">Well Said! Presentations and Conversations That Get Results</a>."&#xa0;</p>
<p>Building blocks such as analyzing the audience, creating well-designed slides, and rehearsing aloud should&#xa0;have already been laid, says Price.&#xa0;"Now, the big moment has arrived, and an eager audience awaits your message."</p>
<p>Whether you're stepping to the front of the room to speak to just a few people, or making a grand entrance in a ballroom to address thousands, you can effectively use the time immediately before you go up to prepare your body and mind for peak performance, Price says.</p>
<p>Here are 12 things you can do in the 15 minutes before a big presentation to optimize your speaking success:</p>
<p><strong>1. Use the restroom.</strong> "First thing's first," Price says. "Needing the toilet when you wouldn't normally 'have to go' is a common reaction to anxiety and pre-speech jitters. Why take chances? Plan ahead and use the restroom in the moments prior to going on stage."</p>
<p><strong>2. Check out the meeting room and audiovisual set-up.</strong> As the speaker, be sure you know the environment, including the seating arrangement, presentation electronics, microphone, and lighting. Get to the room early and ensure you're comfortable with the set-up. "This step shows the audience you're prepared and helps ensure your presentation runs smoothly," she says.&#xa0;</p>
<p><strong>3. Meet and greet</strong><strong> the audience before you speak.</strong> Shake hands and talk with as many people as possible ahead of time. "This shows the audience you're approachable and personable," Price explains. "You may even learn a few names, issues, and stories to weave into your presentation. Plus, having conversations with your listeners ahead of time transforms scary 'public' speaking into natural relaxed 'personal' speaking."</p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>4. Listen to the speakers who go on before you.&#xa0;</strong>If you're not the first or only person presenting, it can be helpful to pay attention to what the people who go before you have to say. This way, you can get a sense of what ground has already been covered and what the audience's mood is like.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">"If the energy in the room is low, you may need to incorporate elements to pick it up," public speaking expert Andrew Dlugan <a href="http://sixminutes.dlugan.com/stop-rehearsing-before-your-speech/"><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">writes on his website</span></a>, Six Minutes.</span></p>
<p><strong>5. Take several deep belly breaths.</strong> Since anxiety tightens the muscles in the chest and throat, it's important to diminish that restricting effect with deep inhalations. Don't underestimate the power of a long slow deep breath. It maximizes the amount of oxygen that flows to the lungs and brain; interrupts the adrenalin-pumping "fight or flight"&#xa0;response; and triggers the body's normal relaxation response. In the moments leading up to your presentation, breathe deeply and deliberately.</p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>6. Boost your confidence with a power pose.</strong>&#xa0;Harvard professor Amy Cuddy <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/power-posing-at-work-2014-6"><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">has done research</span></a> showing that holding a posture meant to convey confidence for even two minutes will increase your&#xa0;testosterone levels (the "dominance" hormone) and decrease your cortisol levels (the "stress" hormone). This will make you more relaxed and allow you to feel more comfortable taking risks.&#xa0;</span></p>
<p><strong>7. Practice the first minute in your mind.</strong> Whatever you're planning to say as the captivating opener - a witty quotation, personal story, or startling statistic - rehearse the first few sentences several times, Price suggests. Knowing exactly how you're going to start gives you confidence, enables you to look directly into the eyes of audience members as you begin (not at notes or a slide), and creates a powerful first impression.</p>
<p><strong>8. Focus on positive thoughts and images.</strong> "Harnessing the power of the mind-body connection means that you can learn to use your thoughts to positively influence your body's physical responses," Price says. As a result, you can decrease stress and increase a sense of wellbeing and control, just by holding positive thoughts and images in your mind. For example, replace the thought, "I'm so nervous and unprepared I'm going to bomb,"&#xa0;with a positive statement such as, "I'm an expert on my topic," "I'm enthusiastic and engaging," or, "I'm credible and confident."</p>
<p><strong style="line-height: 1.5em;">9. Smile.</strong> Maintain a positive, pleasant expression on your face in the moments before you speak. "Smiling actually relaxes the body. Physiologically, smiling emits endorphins in the brain that calms the nerves, creates a pleasant attitude, and promotes a sense of wellbeing," she says. Plus, a smile conveys confidence and self-assurance. It shows your audience that you're happy to see them and enthusiastic about your message.</p>
<p><strong>10. Sip water that is either warm or room temperature, with lemon if possible.</strong> "This helps with dry-mouth, cuts through mucus buildup in the mouth, and clears the throat," Price says. Avoid cold food and drinks, dairy products, and carbonated beverages - and ensure a glass or bottle of water is within arm's reach during your speech.</p>
<p><strong>11. </strong><strong>Exercise lightly.</strong> In a private setting beforehand, do some light stretching, a few knee-bends, or take a brisk walk down the hall and back. "This rids the body of excess energy and sends oxygen to the brain," she says.</p>
<p><strong>12. Assume a standing position in the five minutes prior to speaking.</strong> If you're the host or only speaker, you'll be standing anyway. However, if you're one of several speakers on the agenda, and your turn is coming up in five minutes, simply step to the back of the room and stand, or stand up if you're backstage. "The sitting position is motionless, passive, and inactive. By standing, you summon energy ahead of time, give your body a chance to warm up, and place yourself in a posture ready for action."</p>
<p>Most speakers, beginners and veterans, readily admit to feeling nervous in the moments leading up to a speech or presentation. It may feel uncomfortable, but it's completely natural and even necessary, Price explains. "In fact, many professional speakers don't want to <em>lose</em> the butterflies; they aim to <em>leverage</em> them. They actually value this adrenalin surge because it fuels the body with the energy and enthusiasm necessary for a great performance."</p>
<p>"Don't squander those precious few minutes prior to your presentation," she says. "Use every moment to prepare mentally and physically for a dynamic performance."</p>
