Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali khan blessed with baby boy

New Delhi, Jan 8 () Markets regulator Sebi has asked HBJ Capital Services Pvt Ltd to refund within three months the fees collected from clients while acting as an unregistered investment adviser, and also restrained its directors from accessing securities market.
 Directors of the firm -- Kumar Harendra, Amrita Singh, Abhishek Kumar Singh and Jitendra -- are required to ensure that the directions are complied with and in case of failure to repay the investors, the directors shall "jointly and severally, refund the money collected by HBJ as fee, during their respective period of directorship, to the investors within a further period of two months," Sebi said in an order on Tuesday.
 HBJ LLP, which was carrying out alternative investment fund activities without obtaining requisite registration, has also been directed to refund the money collected from the investors or partners along with promised return.
 In the event of failure, Kumar Harendra and Amrita Singh shall refund the money collected by HBJ LLP jointly and severally, during their tenure as designated partners, Sebi added.
 Additionally, HBJ Capital, HBJ LLP and the officials have been barred from the securities market till the directions for refund and repayment are complied with. 
 From the date of completion of refund, they shall further be restrained from the securities market for a period of two years, Sebi said.
 They have also been restrained from holding positions as directors or key managerial personnel of any listed entity for a period equal to the period of their debarment.
 The directions come after the regulator "concluded that HBJ was carrying out investor advisory activity without obtaining certificate of registration from Sebi."
 Sebi had noted that fees was collected on behalf of the company in breach of legal provisions as it can be collected only after the legal requirement of certificate of registration is complied with by the company.
 Besides, it added that HBJ LLP carried out activity of alternative investment fund (AIF) without complying with the relevant provisions of AIF Regulations."
 The firms had claimed that they had already made payments to the investors and partners, but did not produce any documentary evidence.
 In this regard, Sebi said that for prior payments made to its partners/investors, the firms shall produce a peer reviewed chartered accountant's certificate certifying repayment on verification of the acknowledgment of receipt of payment with an original document of proof of identity, address and signature and corresponding debit from the bank account of the company. Mumbai, Jul 14 () Actor Sara Ali Khan on Tuesday said her driver has tested positive for COVID-19 while she and her family members were coronavirus negative. Sara, who lives with actor-mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim, took to Instagram and said her family and the domestic staff are taking necessary precautions. "I would like to inform you that our driver has tested positive for COVID-19. The BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) was promptly alerted about it and he has been moved to a quarantine centre. "My family, the other staff at home and I have all been tested negative and will take the necessary precautions. A sincere thank you to the BMC from me and my family for all their help and guidance. Stay safe everyone," the 24 year-old actor said. Recently, both Sara and Ibrahim were spotted visiting actor-father Saif Ali Khan's house. The news comes days after four members of the Bachchan family, including megastar Amitabh, actor-son Abhishek, daughter-in-law, actor Aishwarya and granddaughter Aaradhya tested positive for the novel coronavirus. While Amitabh, 77, and Abhishek, 44, are currently at Nanavati Hospital, Aishwarya, 46, and eight-year-old Aaradhya are quarantined at home. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are expecting their second child

New Delhi, Feb 17 () Markets regulator Sebi has levied a fine of Rs 25 lakh on HBJ Capital Services Pvt Ltd and its four directors for not complying with its directions that barred the entities from acting as investment adviser and alternative investment fund. The four directors are-- Kumar Harendra, Amrita Singh, Abhishek Kumar Singh and Jitendra Kumar. The entities are jointly and severally liable to pay the penalty, Sebi said. Through an interim order passed in June 2015, Sebi among other directions had directed the firm and its directors to desist from acting as investment adviser and alternative investment fund. However, the Securities and Exchange Board of India found that promoters of HBJ have violated Sebi directions and are rendering investment advisory services in the name of OSAR Capital. Sebi had also asked the firm to withdraw all advertisements, representations and websites related to investment advisory services but they failed to do so. Besides, HBJ did not remove its publication, documents and websites in relation to the activities as an investment adviser activity. Additionally, funds kept in the bank accounts were also withdrawn by HBJ, in violation of Sebi's interim order. Through separate orders, Sebi levied a fine of Rs 25,000 each on four individuals for violating provisions of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act. The entities had transferred and received shares of L&amp;T Finance Holdings Ltd to and from a client in off-market transactions for which they were required to receive and make payment considerations.  The star kids to be launched now are <keyword id="1859751" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Ishaan-Khattar">Ishaan Khattar</keyword> and <keyword id="823990" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sara-Ali-Khan">Sara Ali Khan</keyword>, and while the latter’s name does ring (she is actor Saif Ali Khan’s daughter), Ishaan Khattar doesn’t have a popular surname, and has been mostly unheard of. Then, who is this lucky guy who is getting the best launch pad the entire industry can offer? 
 Ishaan Khattar, born to actress <keyword id="87662" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Neelima-Azim">Neelima Azim</keyword> and voice-over artist <keyword id="113410" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Rajesh-Khattar">Rajesh Khattar</keyword> in 1995, is the younger half-brother of Bollywood heartthrob <keyword id="6355887" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Shahid-Kapoor">Shahid Kapoor</keyword>, who was born to Neelima Azim and actor Pankaj Kapoor. For a brief period of time before he made his Bollywood debut with Ken Ghosh’s Ishq Vishk, Shahid was living with his mother and Rajesh Khattar, which is why he is said to be very close to Ishaan, who is 15 years younger to him.

Ishaan is known to be a trained dancer from Shiamak Davar's dance academy, the same place where his brother learned his killer moves, and has already started his training in movies by being an Assistant Director in films, as suggested by his Instagram posts.
