This is the first time social media analytics for Twitter engagement by 20 categories have been done on a daily and monthly basis. The categories whose Twitter engagement have been analysed include Politicians (party-wise), Journalists, Business Leaders Founders &amp; Investors), Sportspersons (cricket and other sports), Movies stars (Bollywood and regional), Authors, Chefs, and Comedians. Surprising inclusions in the top 10 among politicians were BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra at #8 who clocked a 1.1 million engagements; Dr Kumar Vishwas at #5 who got 1.2 million engagements. Since learning to shoot when she was well into her sixties she has attained national fame as an accomplished shooter having won more than 30 national championships. She was at #2 in the non-cricket sports category with a phenomenal 2.84 lakh engagements leaving superstars like Saina Nehwal, Babita Phogat and Jwala Gutta behind! In the intensively competitive Journalists category, News Nation’s Deepak Chaurasia topped Twitter engagement with a whopping 1.88 million engagements. Aaj Tak’s Rohit Sardana was at #2 with 1.1 million engagement followed by Sushant Sinha with 1.05 million engagements. The US-based tech giant has added over 2,000 new images and 70 virtual exhibits to its platform through partnerships with various Indian institutes to give a glimpse of the rich Indian heritage to viewers across the world. Thus we can now see the exhibits from Kolkata's Victoria Memorial Hall, Dastkari Haat Samiti and Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute online.
 "In the last two years, we have seen a huge traction to <keyword id="6355629" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Google">Google</keyword> Cultural Institute. We have seen over 240 million page views. However, that has not affected these institutes negatively and they have seen higher footfalls," Google Cultural Institute Director <keyword id="255179" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Amit-Sood">Amit Sood</keyword> told PTI. 

	Google is also helping some of these institutes to make the content even more accessible through mobile apps to help them showcase their exhibits, he added. 
 

	The unveiled collection also includes 26 new virtual tours of famous sites like the Ekattarso Mahadeva Temple and the royal saloon that once was part of the Palace on Wheels. 
 "India has a rich heritage and culture and it has been our endeavour to showcase this to the world. Technology will play a crucial role in transforming and building a truly Digital India and in getting Indian culture and heritage online," Minister of State for Tourism and Culture (Independent Charge) <keyword id="210147" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Mahesh-Sharma">Mahesh Sharma</keyword> told PTI.

And promotions won't even keep them around. The extra responsibility can actually increase the chance of a manager bouncing."What burnout does is it impacts your higher mental functions initially," Amit Sood, known as the "Happiness Doctor," told me. "It impacts your attention, impacts your judgment, impacts your memory, impacts your decision-making ability. It impacts engagement, it produces fatigue, and it decreases your compassion for others."This leaves their direct reports in a lurch, since managers have such a large impact on someone's role: workflows, productivity, support, growth, and more. Bonita Eby, a burnout prevention consultant, told me that's why it's important to remove the taboo — including for managers — of saying "I need help."I spoke with multiple experts about signs that your manager is burnt out:<ul><li>Fear. "We often see that when people are going through burnout, they become fearful, because they're experiencing such vast amounts of stress," Eby said. Fear, stress, and anxiety all go through the same nervous pathway, she said, so a burnt-out manager could be working in survival mode.</li><li>Disengagement. Sood said this can manifest in a variety of ways: silly errors, delayed or incomplete responses, irritability, or missing meetings.</li><li>Creating conflict. When people are experiencing burn out, Eby told me they can begin to create conflicts. In a manager, this can look like inappropriate language or off-colored jokes, which can put employees in a scary and uncomfortable position.</li><li>Disconnect from goals. "The manager's goals and the staff goals don't meet in the middle, and it's reflective in the inefficiency that gets built into a day's work," Eufrosina Young, a board-certified neurologist, told me. She added that everything a manager does has the potential to be magnified. So tension can start to build up, especially when focus is lost</li></ul>Recognizing that your manager is burnt out is only the first step. Doing something about it as a direct report is tricky, since addressing burnout is normally a top-down action.The experts I spoke to recommended talking with others who could help: your peers, human resources, or even other managers."It's important to realize that every manager has a manager," Sood said. Akshay had said that the film was based on the life and daredevilry of the "last Hindu Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan who shed every drop of blood in his body to defend Bharatmata". <div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right click-to-enlarge"><div><div class="image on-image"><a title_source="YouTube/CallMeKat" title_caption="We have to fight our brain's wandering thoughts that leave us feeling depressed and unfulfilled." class="zoomin" href="https://static-ssl.businessinsider.com/image/56d734c98a456580507b23c6-960/depressed-thinking-girl-lying-on-bed-3.png"></a><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJ_S5Rjt_iI">YouTube/CallMeKat</a>We have to fight our brain's wandering thoughts that leave us feeling depressed and unfulfilled.</div></div></div>Do you ever feel mad or sad or anxious and wish you could just snap out of it?Well, you might just be able to.Amit Sood, an MD and professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, has spent two decades meeting with hundreds of scientists, reading thousands of research papers and books, and studying tens of thousands of patients and students to figure out how we can stop our minds from being consumed by stressful thoughts.In his book "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/The-Mayo-Clinic-Handbook-Happiness/dp/0738217859">The Mayo Clinic Handbook for Happiness</a>," Sood concludes that the human brain is continually switching between two modes: default mode, which is when our minds are distracted or begin wandering, and focused mode, in which our minds are highly focused on something interesting.The research that Sood cites suggests that our brains are in default mode, letting our thoughts wander (you know, when you've finished reading a paragraph without knowing what you read, or pulled into your garage without knowing how you got home safely) for at least half of our waking hours. When we enter this mode, we're more likely to descend into thoughts that can bring us down, like: "I wonder what Ellen really thinks about me? She hasn't texted me in a while. She's probably mad I didn't join her book club. I promised myself I'd start reading more--"While a wandering mind is necessary every once in a while to help you make connections, be creative, and brainstorm, many people spend too much time there, Sood says, and indulge in negative, rather than productive, thinking.Spending too much time in this mode means you might obsess over unlikely what-if scenarios or spend too much time thinking about what people "really" think about you, which can cause stress, depression, anxiety, and a lack of happiness, he says.<div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_left"><div><div class="image"><a href="http://www.amazon.com/The-Mayo-Clinic-Handbook-Happiness/dp/0738217859">Amazon</a></div></div></div>To avoid spending too much time in default mode, Sood suggests focusing your attention on one thing at a time. Think of a time when you were so lost in a fascinating task that you forgot your everyday concerns. Sood says that's your brain's focused mode - when you "fully attend to the world, appreciating its novelty and meaning." You tend to feel happier in this mode, he says, because you're taking in something that interests you and you have fewer distractions.Most of us tend to go into this mode when we do things like read a good book, spend time with a loved one, meditate, or eat a great meal.Sood says we can encourage our minds to enter this focused approach by looking for novel and meaningful things in the external world and by intentionally choosing what to think about. This means taking control rather than letting thoughts happen to you.For example, when thinking about your child's coming birthday, a focused mind might think, "Is she old enough for a cellphone, or should I stick with a tablet or coloring book?" Still, it's easy to slip into default mode and start thinking: "Should we invite Anna to the party? Her mom didn't smile at me yesterday so I don't think she likes me." And these can quickly spiral into worried thoughts about finances, relationships, work, and family, Sood says.Do your well-being a favor and fight these thoughts.
