The issue will open on September 4 and close on September 17, with an option of early closure or extension, the company announced here during the launch of the <keyword id="19994329" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="NCDs" source="keywords">NCDs</keyword>. The NCDs proposed to be issued have been rated "CARE A+; positive" by <keyword id="22963966" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="CARE-Ratings-Ltd" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="CARE Ratings Ltd" meta.hostid="261" meta.entityid="CARE Ratings Ltd">CARE Ratings Ltd</keyword>. Securities with these ratings are considered to have adequate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations and such securities carry low credit risk, said Adani Group's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jugeshinder Robbie Singh, while addressing media here at the launch. AEL's offering will include up to 80 lakh NCDs, each with a face value of Rs 1,000. The base size issue is Rs 400 crore, with an option to retain over-subscription up to an additional Rs 400 crore (greenshoe option) aggregating up to Rs 800 crore ("issue" or "issue size"), the company said in a statement. The minimum size for each application for NCDs will be Rs 10,000 across all series collectively and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter. The company announced that the proceeds from the issue will be utilised primarily towards the prepayment or repayment, in full or in part, of the existing indebtedness availed by our company (at least 75 per cent) and general corporate purposes (up to 25 per cent) in compliance with the <keyword id="19901204" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="securities-and-exchange-board-of-india" source="keywords">Securities and Exchange Board of India</keyword> regulations. Trust Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd, A <keyword id="22963967" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="k-capital-services-ltd" source="keywords">K Capital Services Ltd</keyword> and Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd are the lead managers to the issue, the company said. The NCDs are available in tenors of 24 months, 36 months and 60 months with quarterly, cumulative, and annual interest payment options across eight series, it added.

Adani Group companies lose $10.6 billion market cap in a single day

<ul><li>Adani Power which rallied alongside <keyword id="4343578" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="adani-green" source="Orion">Adani Green</keyword> on Tuesday, moved up modestly by 0.4% today.</li><li>The rest of the group stocks were trading in the green except <keyword id="2687606" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="adani-transmission" source="Orion">Adani Transmission</keyword>.</li><li>All the group stocks have been rising since March giving double digit returns, except Adani Total Gas. </li></ul>After hitting upper circuit on Tuesday, Adani Green stock rallied by another 5% in early morning trade on Wednesday, buoyed by news of the company lining up investor meetings. In the past two sessions the stock has rallied over 16%. All <keyword id="645971" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="adani-stocks" source="Orion">Adani stocks</keyword> have been on the recovery path and the all time highs for the group stocks are still some distance away. For example, Adani Green almost hit ₹2,900 a share in April this year. At the time of publishing the scrip was trading at ₹1,146 a share. Meanwhile, Adani Power which rallied alongside Adani Green yesterday spiking by 9%, moved up modestly by 0.4% today. But most of the stocks are in the green barring Adani Transmission, which went down by 1.1% as of 11:15 am. All the ten Adani group stocks moved up significantly on Tuesday and have been gaining ground since March as the group companies raised funds in the last few months. In this, Adani Green has given over 90% returns since March, Adani Power is by 70% and Adani Transmission has rallied close to 24%. The flagship company, Adani Enterprises, has also given 57% returns in the last four months, taking part in the broad market which has been rallying since April. Group raises funds The group stocks have shed the effect Hindenburg Research’s allegations in January. The companies too have been on a fundraising mode in the last few months. In early July, the Adani family raised $1.38 billion (₹11,330 crore) through stake sale in three companies — Adani Enterprises, Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission. This, the company said, will aid higher capital availability at the group level, for growth and to serve near-term commitments of debt and equity over the next 12-18 months. “The Adani Group continues to attract global investment partners aligned to our long-term approach of building and operating world-class assets.
