Later, he was whisked from the Attari Joint Check Post (JCP) complex under tight security to the Amritsar International Airport for Delhi. New Delhi, Dec 5 () Social media platform Sharechat on Thursday said content from its platform has been shared 14 billion times on mobile messaging application WhatsApp so far this year.
<p> The platform observed that 23 per cent users created entertainment-related content on its platform while engagement on romantic content was around 14 per cent.
</p><p> "450 million UGC (user generated content) posted/ created on ShareChat, in formats spanning images, videos, GIFs, etc, with over 580 million hours of video played on the platform which got more than 14 billion WhatsApp shares this year," the company said in a Sharechat 2019 Trendz report.
</p><p> The social media platform observed that users in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan engage with devotional content in the morning and turn to romantic content in the evening.
</p><p> "The last five years have been a great learning experience and we have grown from zero to 60 million monthly active users, mostly organic way as we truly understand the heart and pulse of every native language user and connect well through our platform," Sharechat Chief Business Officer Sunil Kamath said.
</p><p> The platform also saw surge in nationalism moments on the platform at the time of Pulwama attack, return of Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman and general elections.
</p><p> "Hindi led the user generated content creation with 22.5 per cent followed by Tamil with 19.4 per cent. Teleugu and Punjabi were at the third spot with more than 13 per cent share each," the report said.

In this engagement, we have unfortunately lost one MIG-21 Bison aircraft and the pilot is missing in action," Ravish Kumar, spokesperson for MEA said. The crash, which has <a href="https://in.reuters.com/article/india-kashmir/pakistan-shoots-down-indian-jets-carries-out-airstrikes-in-kashmir-idINKCN1QG0I1">reportedly</a> killed two Indian pilots and one civilian, took place in Budgam in Kashmir. India has restricted air space in parts of Jammu &amp; Kashmir, closing airports in Srinagar, Leh and Jammu.<br /><br />The incident comes a day after India said it conducted a ‘non military’ ‘pre-emptive’ air strike at a terror camp across the Line of Control with Pakistan. <br /><br />The target terror camp struck by India was located in Balakot, about 50 miles from the LOC. The air strike came in the wake of a suicide bomber attack on February 14 in Pulwama, Kashmir that killed over 40 security personnel.<br /><br />India has so far emphasised it's air raid on Tuesday was ‘pre-emptive’ and ‘non-military’, signaling it didn't wish to escalate the conflict. <br /><br />India’s external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj <a href="https://indianexpress.com/article/india/balakot-strike-sushma-swaraj-india-pakistan-5602424/">told</a> diplomats from China and Russia that “India will continue to act with responsibility and restraint.”<br /><br />On Wednesday, in the wake of the violation of India’s air space, Pakistani foreign ministry also said it “had no intention of escalation” but was “fully prepared to do so if forced into that paradigm” Reuters reported.<br /><br />International flights between India and Pakistan were suspended and at least four airports have been shut in North India amid heightened tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbours. <br /><br />Airports in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Amritsar and Chandigarh have reportedly been closed for civilian operations following reports that two planes of the Pakistani air force had entered the Indian air space in Nowshera, Kashmir on Wednesday morning. <br /><br />Both US and China have asked the two countries to act with restraint. Janhvi Kapoor however is now a part of India’s top company — Reliance Retail. <br /><br /><strong>Kartik Aaryan, Tiger Shroff bag over 10 deals </strong><br /><br />Actors who saw the most hits last year - like Kartik Aaryan and Tiger Shroff - bagged over 10 endorsements last year. In total, Aaryan who delivered three consecutive hits which made more than Rs 100 crore - now endorses 16 brands. He will soon hit the screens again with his feature in the sequel of Love AajKal. <br /><br />Tiger Shroff who was a part of last year’s top grosser War, too has 16 endorsements in his kitty. <br /><br />Actress Disha Patani who is a rage on Instagram has 15 endorsements. Kriti Sanon and <keyword id="699893" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Taapsee-Pannu">Taapsee Pannu</keyword> won 11 deals last year. Rajkummar Rao did not have a successful run last year. But he too has 13 endorsements in his kitty including Maggi.<br /><br />“Their strong millennial connection landed them multiple endorsement deals,” the report concluded.<br /><br />The shift in focus from established celebrities to new faces across the advertising and media industry over the past year explains the theme “New is Gold”. Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli is recognised as the most valued celebrity for the third year in a row.<br /><br />“National award winner Ayushmann Khurrana, dancing wizard Tiger Shroff and hitman Rohit Sharma grabbed 10th, 17th and 20th spots, respectively. At least 10 people died in shelling at the border in Kashmir.</strong></li></ul><p>Comedian Trevor Noah apologized for making a Bollywood joke about the conflict between India and Pakistan which brought the nuclear rivals closer to another war and left more than 10 people dead in related fighting.</p><p>On "The Daily Show with Trevor Noah," Noah said that he did not want the two countries to go to war, but "i&gt;f they did go to war it would probably be most entertaining war of all time."</p><p>Noah said that in the event of war, Indian soldiers would enter the battlefield singing "time for you to die," before miming an Indian soldier dancing and singing in the style typical of Bollywood, the huge Indian film industry that often incorporates song and dance.</p><p>Noah joked that "it would also be the longest war of all time - another dance number!"</p><p>Watch the clip below. Noah begins to talk about the situation between India and Pakistan at two minutes into the video:</p><p>Tensions sharply rose between the two nuclear rivals after a February 14 attack in the disputed Kashmir region, carried out by a terrorist group based in Pakistan, that killed at least 40 Indian troops.</p><p>The two countries then shot each others' jets out of the sky, and Pakistan captured an Indian pilot on Wednesday. I found all your shows funny except this one. War is not funny. My state is very close to Pakistan and you should come and see the tension here. WAR IS NOT AN ENTERTAINMENT."</p><p>"The conditions here are really bad. Please don't call war an entertainment as we've fought many battles with Pakistan and we know that it's not funny. It's not 'entertainment' [because] it results in nothing but bloodshed and loss."</p><p></p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"></div><p></p></div></div><p>World leaders urged caution as tensions mounted between India and Pakistan, who have fought three wars over the Kashmir before. Both countries claim the territory in its entirety.</p><p></p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"></div><p></p></div></div><p>Pakistan's foreign minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, <a href="https://edition.cnn.com/videos/tv/2019/02/28/amanpour-shah-mehmood-qureshi.cnn">told CNN's Christiane Amanpour on Thursday</a> that had the conflict escalated into war, it would have been "mutual suicide."</p><p>The country's prime minister, Imran Khan, <a href="https://af.reuters.com/article/worldNews/idAFKCN1QG0IQ">also questioned whether the countries</a> could "afford miscalculation" given the devastation that could be caused by their nuclear arsenals.</p><p>India, by contrast, has remained relatively silent over the course of the conflict.</p><p>Pakistan shut down its entire airspace last week but has since reopened parts of it.
