The North and East division of McDonald’s in India will now take orders via Whatsapp. However, the service is initially limited to Delhi only. “This is a part of McDonald’s initiative of providing more convenience to its customers, an extension of 100% contactless ordering service enabling customers to access the menu by simply scanning the QR code available at McDonald’s restaurants and select contactless takeaway or dining-in service, as per their convenience,” said the company’s statement. This as footfalls at restaurants continue to be lower than usual. A recent survey by YouGov showed that even while Zomato and Swiggy led the online delivery race, a rising number of orders now come from apps of QSRs. “Even though a majority prefer to order through a third-party app, many people (35%) choose to place their order directly through a restaurant’s mobile app or online through its website (26%),” said the survey. Essentially, as the report explained, the profit margin 2020 should be wider than what it was 2015, and the asset turnover (sales divided by assets) in 2020 should have improved in the last five years, while the debt should be manageable i.e. debt to equity ratio should be less than one. Most of these 17 stocks beat the Sensex by a wide margin in the amount of wealth they created for their long-term investors. “Rising margin and asset turn with healthy leverage is a sound formula for investing success,” the report said. Only two of them, both multinational engineering companies, ABB and Siemens, performed worse than the Sensex in the last five years despite having passed the Du Pont test. The agency has fixed a base price of Rs 7 crore for each 3 BHK unit. It aims to complete the sale by June end and earn over Rs 1,000 crore. The advertisements are likely to roll out next week. 
 The sale has been long pending since 2012 as the <keyword id="6354952" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="80" keywordseo="Delhi-Government">Delhi Government</keyword> had requested 60 flats for its official housing pool. It has not responded ever since. 
 DDA Vice-Chairman Balvinder Kumar said the agency has written two to three letters to the <keyword id="6360789" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="80" keywordseo="Modi-Government">Modi Government</keyword> to no avail. It’ll send one again asking whether the government still wants the apartments. If there’s no reply the DDA will go ahead with the sale. 
 Officials predict the final price would be well over the reserve price, thanks to the great demand for housing. The cost to DDA for <keyword id="645313" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="CWG-flats">CWG flats</keyword> in 2009 was around Rs 11,000 per square feet. The authority sold it for Rs 22,000 per sq feet in 2012.

	Duly paying your education loan installments on time, each month, is the best thing that could be done to maintain a good CIBIL TransUnion Score. Nevertheless, if you find it difficult to re-pay your education loans, consider an option of negotiation. Banks are open to negotiation. Request the banker to increase your loan repayment term and settle for a lower EMI. This may help reduce your loan burden significantly. 
	It is never too early to start thinking about your financial future. All these tips will pay off, and definitely help you avoid hurting your CIBIL TransUnion Score and CIBIL Report and thus safeguarding your dreams.
