Top 5 localities in Dubai where Indians prefer buying villas the most

Dubai has always remained a popular destination for tourism and business. In the past, it has received lot of foreign investors, especially in the real estate sector.

Among other nationals, Indians invested in Dubai real estate like never before. Last year, investors from India became the biggest investors in Dubai’s real estate sector with an investment of AED 7 billion, as per the record of Dubai Land Department.

As per Bayut.com, Dubai-based property portal, 45% Indians were interested in buying properties, while 55% of the leads went towards rental units.

Delving into details, a majority of Indian buyers on the hunt for properties for sale were interested in buying apartments. The category made up 78% of the leads for rental properties, 18% of the leads went to villas while, 3% of the leads went to office spaces.
