Tom Brady beat the NFL on Thursday.
The NFL had suspended him four games for his role in the controversial "Deflategate" scandal. In said controversy, Brady was accused of playing a part in a plot to deflate footballs at last year's AFC Championship. The Patriots quarterback insists, however, that he had nothing to do with it.
According to the AP the judge said the NFL went too far in its punishment, and overturned it. So Tom Brady will be out on that field when the Patriots' season starts September 10th against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
