This ‘Tinder for jobs’ app can help you get a better package

Imagine right swiping your way to a…new job. Introducing Super, an app that lets job-seekers and companies to match, the Tinder way.

Basically, employers and candidates swipe through each other’s profiles and ‘like’ them by swiping right. If both the employer and the candidate ‘like’ each other’s profiles, the app connects them over email. This way, only interested parties can pursue relevant data of the other. The app also let users get a unique look inside offices and apply to the inspiring companies that are now hiring. The idea is incredibly simple.

Based out of a Tech Park in Navi Mumbai, the company founded by Nischal Shetty has over 500 thousand downloads till date. Funded by its own revenues, the company was first launched as a mobile resume builder which saw good traction from across the world.

The platform currently has over 100 companies onboard like JustUnfollow, Webengage, Wingify, Helpshift, Flatchat, Zepo, Haptik, Grabhouse and so on.

The app is completely free to use for both job seekers and companies.

The jobs market has seen a lot of disruption after the likes of Naukri and Monster made their presence felt. HackerRank and HackerEarth are working towards developing a talented pool of developers, the likes of SpringRole are working on referrals, and others like IIMJobs, MeraJob and AasaanJobs are nibbling away margins from the established job websites.
