This tech giant just rolled out 3-month paternal leave

Salesforce has rolled out an employee benefit, which every company should follow. The Bay Area tech giant announced three months of paternal leave, or to the secondary caregiver.
So far, Microsoft has six weeks of paternal leave, while Cummins India offers one month.
Companies are rolling out attractive employee benefits to retain talent and attract top notch talent.
Jnanesh Kumar, director, Employee Success (India), Salesforce, told ET, "We believe offering paid paternity leave is the right thing to do, the right way to treat our employees. Becoming a new parent is a huge undertaking.”
Salesforce has over 25,000 employees across the globe and in India, it has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
The government recently mandated a six-month maternity leave.
