This is going to be Barack Obama's gorgeous new home after he leaves the White House

Barack Obama’s Presidential term may be coming to an end, but his stint with Washington is far from over.

Obama himself had revealed in a recent lunch in Milwaukee that the family was planning to stay a couple of years in D.C until his daughter, Sasha could finish high school.

Reportedly, after the family vacates the White House next year in January 2017, they intend to move in to the upscale Kalorama neighbourhood of D.C. Infact, the house is also just under 4 kilometres from the White House itself.

The house in question is a gorgeous 8,200- square-foot brick Tudor that was built way back in 1928 and comes with a breathtaking view. The monthly rent of the place is a whopping $22,000 (approximately Rs 15 lakhs)

It consists of 9 bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, over 8 bathrooms, a vast terrace and parking area. However, the security arrangements are yet to be fixed.
