Swedish musician Martin Molin spent the last 14 months creating a music machine using 3,000 handmade parts and 2,000 marbles. The "music video" debuting this invention premiered on March 1, and people are already going crazy for it. In 8 hours, the video had more than 6,000 upvotes in a Reddit post.

You have to see - and hear - this thing in action to really appreciate its awesomeness. Grab your headphones and watch it now:
"That was legitimately amazing. I can't even fathom coming up with the idea and then having the dedication to make it real," Redditor usernotvalid wrote. We agree. The music video was filmed and edited by Hannes Knutsson. He really nailed showing every aspect of the mechanism, down to the nuts and bolts. The marbles get recycled back into the main funnel, allowing Molin to play a music for nearly five minutes.By the end of the video, only a handful of marbles escape to the floor - an impressive feat. Molin has been posting progress videos on the Wintergatan YouTube channel, so fans of the machine can look back at the efforts involved.
