Talk about taking Legos to the next level.

Danny Benedettelli, a freelance Lego designer, used Lego bricks and other electronics to build a human-like robot.

That's pretty cool on its own. But he took it one step further: The robot is controlled by a suit that is also made out of Legos.

So when Benedettelli wears the suit - an "exosuit" - the robot mimics his actions.

Benedettelli, who customizes Lego models for companies and educational programs, used Legos and electronic components to create the suit and used the Lego Mindstorm NXT system to create the robot.

The robot, which Benedettelli has dubbed his Cyclops projectis connected to the exosuit via Bluetooth. His movements are captured and then sent wirelessly to the robot's motors so that it also can mimic his actions.

So far, Benedettelli has only created the suit to control the upper part of the robot, including the shoulders, arms and hands. But he mentions in his video that he is working to add controls to control the legs.

Check out the full video of Benedettelli controlling the bot with his body.
