Every three months, UK media regulator Ofcom names and shames the country's most complained about mobile, broadband and pay-TV companies.

The organisation's latest tranche of data, which covers the first quarter of 2016, shows that despite an improvement, Vodafone remains easily the most complained about mobile phone provider.
