That's according to The Times newspaper, which obtained figures from Freedom of Information requests from the government. The data looked at 129 universities in Britain over the last three years.
The cheating is so prolific amongst some non-EU students that 75% of postgraduates found guilty of plagiarism at Queen Mary University of London. A third of those postgraduates originated from China. At Staffordshire University, more than half of students that were found cheating were from non-EU countries.
