These are the 19 countries where people enjoy working the most

Swedish employer branding experts Universum has released their latest research report, The Global Workforce Happiness Index, which ranks countries based on the happiness and loyalty of its workforce.

The firm surveyed 250,000 people from markets around the world and asked them to rate their satisfaction based on a number of variables including how likely they are to remain in their current job, whether or not they would recommend their job to friends, and how long they intend to stay in their current job.

Scandinavian countries dominate the rankings. The findings also show that the wealthiest nations don't always provide the happiest working conditions, with the US and UK failing to make it into even the top 20, ranking 29th and 30th respectively.
