There's a bomb threat on a plane at JFK airport, the New York City Fire Department (FDNY( is tweeting.

"We are standing by precautionarily at JFK," an FDNY spokesman told Business Insider. "We're awaiting information from the Port Authority."
The FDNY spokesman said they have no more information at this time, but that the department would provide updates on its Twitter page.
