Bahouth had a treehouse as a child and had the idea of building another one on his neighboring property as an adult.

Bahouth once made a joke about the old tree while sitting on the deck, saying, "I'm going to turn him into a table and we'll be able to put our drinks here and see each other." The next day, another tree fell inches from the house. Bahouth said he doesn't make that joke anymore.
