The property is being sold for the first time in its current condition, which was recently created by knocking the inner walls of two adjoining luxury terraces to create one mansion, a process which has already been completed.

Buying the house would set you back £25 million, or around $31.3 million, for a 150-year lease which started in 2015.

Luxury property sales in central London have grown as people returned to the city after the pandemic looking to move closer to work opportunities once again, while also having more space at home.

Sales of multimillion-pound properties grew by 33% in January 2022 compared to the same month in 2019, while February sales grew by 31% compared to 2019, according to property data platform, LonRes.
