This entry-level, $18,900 camper trailer fits a queen size bed and is equipped to go off-road — see inside the Boreas AT

  • Boreas Camper created an entry level off-road capable camper trailer equipped with its own power systems, bedroom, and galley for $18,900.
  • The Boreas AT can be purchased at several dealerships across the country.
  • Boreas Campers designed the trailer to be easily upgraded with after-market tweaks.

Boreas Camper created the Boreas AT, its entry level, off-road capable camper trailer that's equipped with its own power systems, bedroom, and kitchen for $18,900.

The AT, Boreas' latest release, has an axel-less suspension and all-terrain tires for a smoother off-road trek through rougher environments like ice and rock. And instead of wooden components, the body of the trailer is made up of a powder-coated steel chassis, aluminum cabin, and fiberglass exterior.

Colorado-based Boreas was founded in 2015 with a goal of creating off-road and off-grid capable campers. But along the way, the company decided to start creating its builds with wood-less components to extend its trailers' lifespan, according to Boreas Campers. This wood-free concept is showcased in Boreas' entire lineup of camper trailers, which includes the MXT, XT, and XT12, along with the latest AT.

Boreas Campers designed the AT trailer specifically to be easily upgraded with after-market tweaks, such as the addition of a heater, solar panels, hot water shower, sink, or stove. The trailer can be purchased at dealers across the country in states like Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and Nevada.
