The Oregon Raceway Park in Grass Valley, Oregon is now on sale for $10 million.

The Pacific Northwest raceway was first built in 2008 and has since become a "family destination" that offers race car storage and rentals, a racing school, track support, and more, according to its listing on LoopNet.

The property is a roughly two hour drive away from Portland, Oregon and includes 434 acres of land, leaving room for potential future developments. The racetrack itself is 2.34 miles long and 40 feet wide, encompassing 16 turns and a 400-foot elevation change in one lap.

Besides the obvious revenue from racetrack bookings — whether it be from private bookings or testing — additional income is supplied by farming contracts on parts of the property and leases on its garage space. However, purchasing the racetrack also requires adopting its current reservations, leases, and contracts, which means its nexts owners will still have some immediate responsibilities to uphold.
