The Duchess of Cambridge is a photography enthusiast, and she even became Patron of the Royal Photographic Society last year.
It has become tradition for Kate Middleton to take the official photographs for her children's birthdays each year.
She has also marked other milestones with the camera, including Princess Charlotte's first day at nursery school and Father's Day.
Insider spoke to royal photographer Samir Hussein, who said the duchess takes photos that "any professional would be very happy with."
Hussein — who you can find on Instagram and his official website — shared his favorite photos taken by Middleton.

Hussein praised Middleton for using the swing "as a clever prop" to bring the family closer together in this photo taken for Prince William's birthday.
