Taylor Swift dished out "end of tour" bonuses to staff on her Eras tour, including about 50 truck drivers, according to multiple reports.

On Tuesday, TMZ was the first to report that the singer had given out about $5 million in total bonuses to the truckers who helped haul her production equipment throughout the over 17-week US leg of her tour. The US portion of her tour will end next week at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, before she begins the international portion of the tour which will bring the concert to South America, Asia, and Europe.

Entertainment Tonight, Today, and People have since confirmed the report. A spokesperson for Swift did not respond to a request for comment ahead of publication.

The singer's father, Scott Swift, presented the checks to the drivers, Today reported.

"He presented handwritten letters from Taylor," Shomotion trucking company CEO Mike Scherkenbach told TODAY. "It's incredible that they would take that time, and what it means to our staff to be recognized."

In total, the singer handed out over $55 million in bonuses to her staff, including dancers, sound technicians, and caterers, People reported.

Swift is one of the highest-paid artists and her tour is set to bring in over $1 billion in sales — making it the highest-grossing tour of all time, according to concert data tracker Pollstar. Insider's Juliana Kaplan previously reported that some Swift fans were spending up to $20,000 to see the artist multiple times.

The success of the tour has even had a noticeable impact on the US economy, as it boosted spending in the cities she visited and captured the notice of the Federal Reserve.

Her performances have also brought in high-profile guests, including movie stars like Gal Gadot and Simu Liu, as well as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
