Like many businesses, ride-hailing companies are dealing with the many challenges brought on by the global pandemic, and adapting their operating models to a new normal.

The next BI Spotlight event, Ride hailing responds: The new normal for transportation will focus on the changes taking place in the industry and transportation more broadly.

They will discuss how employees, investors, and other stakeholders are responding to this crisis, and what are likely to be the long-term effects for the industry overall.

Speakers include Angie Westbrock, VP of global operations at Lyft, and Gary Hallgren, president of Arity, a mobility data and analytics company, founded by Allstate. This discussion will be moderated by Mark Matousek, Senior Transportation Reporter at Business Insider.
