PGA star Justin Thomas sells his $3.5 million 'starter' mansion and it's the ultimate bachelor pad

Justin Thomas and Tiger Woods are so close that Tiger considers JT part of his family.
Thomas listed his 'starter' house in Jupiter, Florida, the home of many top golfers, including Tiger.

PGA Tour star Justin Thomas unloaded his home in the exclusive golfing community of Jupiter, Florida.

The property, dubbed Thomas' "starter house" by Golf Digest, was on the market for $3.5 million just months after he got married, and was listed by former golfer Johnny DelPrete of Douglas Elliman Realty.

Thomas is considered Tiger Woods' closest friend on the PGA Tour and has even been referred to by Tiger as his "younger brother" and an "older brother" to Tiger's son, Charlie Woods. So it's no surprise that the house for sale is just three miles from Tiger's home on Jupiter Island.

The 5,500-square-foot house was built in 2008, has four bedrooms, five full baths, and two half-baths.

It sits on just under an acre of land within walking distance of the Indian River and just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean.

While the house is not directly on the water, it does come with water ramp access "to launch jetskis, kayak, or whatever you please."

Thomas bought the house in 2016 for $1.49 million.
