  • Data and analytics firm J.D. Power released its annual ranking of airports in North America in September.
  • Among the 10 worst-rated mega airports, one was in Canada and nine were in the US.

In J.D. Power's North American Airport Satisfaction Survey, the company compiled over 26,500 surveys from US and Canadian residents who traveled through one or more airports in North America.
