Mercedes' highest-volume model just got a huge makeover and tons of tech - tour the new C-Class sedan

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is the all-new generation of the compact car.
It has Mercedes' latest tech, such as a screen-heavy interior from the S-Class flagship sedan.
No pricing was announced at this time, but the new C-Class will be available early next year.

As Mercedes-Benz's highest-volume model in the last 10 years, the C-Class is an important one.

Mercedes can't really afford to alienate buyers for such a popular model, so the new C-Class is focused on mass appeal. Its looks are understated and its interior takes after the one in the new S-Class, according to a company announcement on Tuesday. It has more technology, befitting of a luxury brand.

No pricing for the new C 300 and C 300 4Matic sedans was announced. You can expect the new C-Class to arrive at US dealerships early next year, though.

Mercedes estimates the C 300 and C 300 4Matics to hit 60 mph from a stop in 5.9 seconds.
