When I came across Ennismore's Dis-loyalty travel membership program, the deals seemed almost too good to be true.

For $216 a year or $18 a month, members are promised deals on hotel stays, discounted meals, and free coffee at Ennismore partner brands.

I was looking to add a little bit of luxury and adventure to my life, so I bought a membership in January.

Here's what I think so far.

The program offers discounted hotel stays — some 50% off

The Dis-Loyalty program offers discounts across 10 hotel brands (80 locations) that Ennismore has partnered with, so far.

One of the most enticing parts of the deal is the opportunity to get 50% off a stay at a brand-new hotel if I stay within the first three months of its opening.

I haven't been able to use that perk yet, but I'm currently planning a trip to visit The Hoxton Vienna, which is set to open in April. I'm excited to use my discount to book the hotel's most spacious room for just $120 a night.

Nine other partner hotels are set to open in London, Jakarta, Edinburgh, Perth, Nice, and Copenhagen this year.

I can also get discounts at existing partner hotels — 20% off my first visit and 10% off all returning visits. But I like that the half-off stays incentivize me to try new places.

The membership also comes with a free barista-made drink every day

In addition to hotels, Ennismore has partnership deals with over 170 restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

Members get 10% off at all of them, but my favorite perk is getting one complimentary barista-crafted drink a day if I visit select spots.

So far, I've gotten a free matcha latte, oat-milk latte, and ginger-turmeric tea. I just let the barista know I'm a disloyalty member and show my membership ID.

Even if I only end up getting four free drinks a month, that essentially pays for the membership.

While I plan future trips, I'm using my membership locally to get the most out of a luxurious coworking space

I live near The Hoxton Williamsburg in Brooklyn, so I'm planning on spending a lot of time there.Sydney Edwards

I live in New York, so I thought the perfect way to start using my membership was to visit The Hoxton Williamsburg.

The hotel feels like a hub of trendiness and cool vibes. There's a grand wooden staircase that leads down to the lobby, which acts almost like a chic coworking space.

I'm glad I live near a Hoxton, out of any of the properties, because the hotel has "open house" lobbies at all of its locations, meaning anyone can use the space to work. The lobby fills up quickly, so I recommend getting there early if you want a spot.

Being able to work from a trendy spot while using my membership to get free coffee and dining discounts is pretty great.

At other properties, redeeming any Dis-loyalty offers should grant you similar access to public spaces in the hotel.

I already feel like I'm getting my money's worth even though I haven't traveled yet

I think Ennismore's Dis-loyalty membership could be a game changer for anyone looking to add some spontaneity and luxury to their lives.

Since I live near some of the participating properties and eateries, I already feel like I'm getting a lot out of my membership. And I'm even more excited to check out new hotels around the globe.

With each sip of my complimentary drinks and every glimpse of my future travel itineraries, I'm reminded of just how much I'm getting for what essentially used to be my coffee budget.
