The property has views of the San Francisco Bay, sprawling lawns, and a reservoir for landscape irrigation. Between carports and a garage, there's room for 11 cars.
The listing agent, Brent Gullixson, did not immediately return a request for comment on the specifics of the sale. It was last priced at $31,990,000, but the final sale price isn't known yet.
Musk has been on a selling spree for more than a year now. In 2020, he pledged to eventually "own no house" and went on to offload several multimillion-dollar homes in California. Musk is known for his grandiose promises, but he appears to be making good on this one.
