The interior is sleek and tech-packed, with a large infotainment touchscreen, a second display for the driver, and a cute, spherical voice assistant on the dashboard named Nomi.

It also features 256-color ambient lighting.

The base ES7 should travel a respectable 301 miles on a full battery, Nio says.

Nio also plans to sell an optional ultra-long-range battery pack that provides a whopping 528 miles of driving range.

Tesla's longest-range Model Y is rated for 410 miles in China.

Not to mention, like all Nio models, customers can pull into battery-swapping stations instead of plugging into a regular charger.

Nio also gave the ES7 bidirectional charging capability, allowing it to share power with appliances and devices. That's something Teslas can't do.
