Mietta Feery and Christopher Beer have been traveling South America by van for a year with their dog.
Instead of heading back to their home country of Australia, the couple decided to ride out the coronavirus pandemic in their van on a ranch in Mexico.
They're actually saving money at the ranch, as the fee to stay there is less than the cost of gas for their van.
"We've been traveling nonstop for over a year, and although the circumstances aren't ideal, it's giving us time to refresh and relax," the couple told Insider of their experience.
