The internet is obsessed with a sign at a wedding calling it the bride's big event — and "featuring" the groom.

"Welcome to Becca's Wedding, featuring Jack," the sign in the video reads, which has been viewed over five million times, and was uploaded by the Celebrant of the wedding, Bex McMonagle.

"Isn't this one of the best wedding signs you've ever seen?," McMonagle wrote in the video's description, with on-screen text that said "OB…SESSED." McMonagle told Insider the bride found the sign while scrolling on Etsy, and the couple decided on getting it together because they both found it hilarious.

"If Jack hadn't liked it or felt disrespected by it, they wouldn't have had it," McMonagle said. "There were other signs. too, with 'Becca and Jack' on it — this was just the first sign everyone saw. But it was totally a funny little joke."

According to McMonagle, almost every guest was "obsessed" and snapping pictures of it at the wedding. She said she sent it to her husband, then her best friend, before deciding to share it online.

Commenters were similarly enthused, with many saying they wanted a similar sign for their own weddings. Numerous top comments made jokes saying the groom "Jack was lucky enough to get an invite," while someone else wrote, "It's Becca's world and we're just living in it."

A few people made references to the movie "Barbie" and said Jack was like the character Ken, who plays a somewhat side role in the female-dominated Barbie Land universe.

However, not everyone was amused. A small portion of viewers found the sign distasteful. "Am I the only one that thinks this is very toxic and not funny at all?" one viewer wrote, receiving over 500 likes.

McMonagle disagreed with the criticism and said it makes her "sick" when she sees people make judgments of the couple when they have never met them.

"For people to think that Jack had no say in this and that it's a serious thought and not tongue-in-cheek…it's baffling," she said. "It is quite clearly a bit of humor between them, and quite frankly, that's the sort of wedding I want to be at."

In another video, posted one day later, McMonagle offered a glimpse into the actual wedding, including what the reception hall looked like, the seating arrangements, and clips of the couple walking down garden aisles while onlookers showered them in flowers.
